In article are considered questions of the shaping quality and working characteristic of the surfaces of the details of pair friction in multifunction system of the processing, which unite the processes of the different physical nature. Happen to the notions to technological flexibility and technological stability of the processes of the processing and their influence upon quality pro-cessed to surfaces. Possibility of combined antifriction processing on base of the modification, plastic influence and systems of numeric programmed management are considered.

Questions of a choice of a method of maintenance of required corrosion stability of de-tails of machines are considered, in view of conditions of their operation. Influence of quality of a superficial layer of details of machines on their corrosion stability use of various methods of maintenance of corrosion stability conditions of electrochemical corrosion is considered also.
Prokofjew A.N. Technological improving reliability of thread joints. The paper considers the possibilities of improving reliability of stationary and moving thread joints by using technological methods. There are given methods of obtaining threaded work pieces by means of plastic de-formation and electromechanical machining.
Eryomenkova I.V. Definition of opportunities of technological methods of processing on maintenance of tightness of various designs of metal connections by a tabulared way. The tabulared way of definition of opportunities of technological methods of processing on mainte-nance ãåðìåòèçèðóþùåé of ability of a surface is considered which is estimated by size of out-flow through contact of rough and smooth surfaces. At modeling system of microcapillaries formed in contact as a result of the application ãåðìåòèçèðóþùåé of loading, the porous body, takes into account influence of parameters of quality of a superficial layer.
