Bishutin S.G. Increase of durability of details of pairs friction at finishing to abrasive pro-cessing. The methodological approach to a choice of rational conditions and modes of finishing abrasive processing for increase of durability of details of pairs friction is described. The basic conditions of formation of a structurally-phase condition of superficial layers are certain at abra-sive processing.

Fedonin O.N., Levyj D.V. Features of machining by cutting of brittle materials. Features of destruction of a material and formation of a roughness in the course of machining of brittle mate-rials are observed. The theoretical equations of interconnection of conditions of machining with parametres of quality of the surface are presented, allowing to provide on details a necessary roughness.

Tulpinova N.V. The program module for estimation of thermal influence on surface layer during abrasive processing. The algorithm of calculating of heat separation during grinding, the algorithm of definition period of stability of abrasive disk on criterion of absence of thermal defects and the interface of software, which was based on these algorithms, are presented.

Kulbovskiy I.K., Turkin D.A. Research of temperature napryazheniy and deformations in cast-iron kokilyakh for making of otlivok of growing shallow balls. Thermal tensions and deformations, arising up in metallic forms from cast-iron at making in them of foundings of grindings balls, are probed. Bormotov A.N., Proshin I.A. Multicriteria synthesis of extra-heavy composite. Composite materials of special purpose are represented as complex technical systems. The new approach to multicriteria synthesis of composite materials as to a task of management. On the basis of such approach optimization of properties and structures of the composite materials having increased protective properties from influence ionizing radiations is carried out.

Search for optimal trajectory of cargo, truck cranes moved in an environment with arbitrary obstacles, given the coordinates of the angular orientation in three-dimensional space. M.V. Zernin, A.P. Babin. New iteration algorithm for finite element solution of different kinds of nonlinearity. A new iteration algorithm for FEM resulting in nonlinear equations of all kinds is described. The algorithm is a combination of two existent algorithms and gives an op-portunity to use one of them depending on their convergence ability in an iteration procedure.

Podvesovskiy A.G., Lagerev D.G., Korostelyov D.A. Application of fuzzy cognitive models for alternatives set generation in decision problems. The methodology for generation and se-lection of alternatives in decision problems is suggested. It is based on fuzzy cognitive map of the managed system constructing, and the results of its static and dynamic analysis processing. The architecture and functional specifications of the multi-user decision-support system, which implements the above-mentioned methodology, are described.

Petreshin D.I. Structure of the software of self-learning adaptive technological system. The self-learning adaptive technological system of maintenance of the given quality of a superficial layer of details of machines is considered at machining and structure of the software of system. The structure of interaction of the base software and the software of the hardware of system is resulted. Program modules of the base software and assignment of the software of the hardware of system are described.

in quality management. The development of ontological model of application domain for Knowledge-Based System (KBS) in Quality Management is examined. The offered hierarchy of ontologies allows to optimize the process of KBS introduction on various enterprises. Obozov R.A. The application of internal rate of return indicator when estimating the risks of the projects with non-standart cash flows. The application of the internal rate of return in-dicator is described. Basic aspects of analisys of investments via IRR are revealed. The sequence of analysis is described. Fundamental characteristics are given to each of the methods. The com-parison of methods according to the principles of simplicity of application, informativeness, ob-jectivity and authenticity is carried out.

Gorlenko O. A., Mozhaeva T. P. Development of a model of training a technician at a technical university on the basis of process approach. In this article the problem of forming a technician meeting the requirements of the labor market on the basis of process approach at a technical university is considered. The authors propose a process model of training of a technician in field of quality management that will permit to meet the requirements and come up to ex-pectations of all the parties concerned at the design stage of educational programs.
