Prudnikov M.I. Determination of influence of technological methods of processing for tribologycal properties of surfaces of machine parts. The problems of standardization and automation of tribological tests for a single-stage solution of the task of technological ensuring of a wear resistance are considered. The test method of cylindrical sliding surfaces is offered and justified, and also its realization as an automated system of scientific researches.

Bishutin S.G. Influence of modes of grinding of surfaces of details în their operational parameters. Results of experimental researches of operational parameters of the external cylindrical surfaces subjected to abrasive grinding on different technological modes are submitted. The conditions of finishing grinding raising wear resistance of surfaces of details are revealed.

Boltenko E. V. Maintenance of stability of process of hardening of blankets of details of cars at electromechanical processing. Technological methods of maintenance of stability of process of hardening by a method elektrome-hanicheskoj processings are considered. Influence of external characteristics of power supplies on stability about-tsessa hardenings is described. Influence of electrocontact resistance of a site «the tool – a detail» and inductance in a secondary winding of the transformer on maintenance of stability of process of hardening at electromechanical processing is considered.

The differential equations describing movements of manipulator systems, modeled are received by elastic segments. Deviations (dynamic errors) joint coordinates from their program values, caused are allocated by elastic properties of segments.

Krugovova E.A., Mikheev G.V., Kovalev R.V. The procedure of modeling of railway vehicle and bridge interaction. The present paper describes the CAE-based approach for analysis of dynamics of a coupled model of a flexible railway bridge and a train. The approach is being implemented in Universal Mechanism software. The railway bridge is considered as a flexible multibody system. The dynamics of flexible bodies are simulated using data imported from finite element analysis software. An application of the approach to the investigation of dynamics of a railway vehicle and a bridge supposes taking into account the flexibility of the bridge. Comparison of flexible deflections and stresses for the full and reduced FE-models for static and moving loads are presented. The simulation results for a high-speed train on a bridge that is modelled as a reduced FE-model with 50, 100 and 200 flexible modes, as well as comparison of simulation results for separate and coupled approaches to vehicle-bridge interaction, are shown.

Korostelev D.A., Lagerev A.V. Determination of parameters of optimal anti-erosion protection of rotor blades wet-steam turbines based on computer simulation. The basic anti-erosion parameterized measures are selected. The variants of problem of determining the parameters of optimal erosion protection of rotor blades of wet-steam turbines are considered. Targets functions and an algorithm for the numerical solution of the problem of determining the parameters of optimal anti-erosion protection of rotor blades of wet-steam turbines based on computer simulations are defined.

Mingazova D. N. The estimation of quality of service from an satisfaction îf consumers. In the given work the planar model of educational process quality was developed using a petal diagramme which axes were basic indicators of educational activity’s quality. It was suggested to estimate the quality of educational process from consumer positions by means of the generalised characteristic representing the area of the petal diagramme which was limited to reached level’s values (satisfaction of students) taking into account weighting coefficients of each indicator.
