Miroshnikov V.V., Filipchuk A.A. Quality management design technological preparation of production through an integrated fmea-technologies. In this article, the authors propose an integrated approach to the use of FMEA-analysis in the field of engineering and technological preparation of production, which is now becoming increasingly relevant. An integrated approach to the FMEA-analysis includes DFMEA-analysis of product design, PFMEA-analysis of tech-nology products and MFMEA-analysis equipment (tooling).

Gurov R. V. Methodology for the design of operations finish-hardening treatment machine parts surface plastic deformation. The article describes the methodology of choice of methods of finishing-hardening treatment of working surfaces of machine parts PPD, determining the pa-rameters of the instrument and processing modes, depending on the functional purpose of the surface. Are some reference materials. Is an example of results calculated by the proposed meth-odology.

Bishutin S.G. Wear resistance of the ground surfaces of details. Results of experimental re-searches of wear resistance of the external cylindrical surfaces subjected to abrasive grinding on different technological modes are submitted. The approach to an estimation of wear resistance of a surface of a detail is described on the basis of experimental value of intensity of the wear pro-cess received at laboratory researches.

Tarasik V.P., Kurstak V.I., Puzanova O.V. Hydromechanical transmission torque converter lockup adaptive control. The technique of torque converter lockup control characterization is set out. The car motion mathematical model description is presented. The results of calculating experiments by determination threshold value of control parameters and regression models re-ceived on the results basis are brought. The results of researches are illustrated by diagrams.

Serpik I. N., Shevchenko K.V. Receach of genetic algorithm of weakly cooperating popula-tions for optimization of construction. The genetic algorithm of optimization of the bearing constructions, using a weakly cooperating populations with various parameters of change is of-fered. Questions of acceleration of search of the optimum decision and construction of criteria of a stop of calculations are considered. On test examples high efficiency of the presented iterative scheme is illustrated.

In article the way of carrying out of modernization of a control system of the tokarno-capstan lathe with 1Â340Ô30 is presented. The block diagram of a control system of the machine tool is presented. Results of influence of parameters of a control system on accuracy of moving of working bodies of the machine tool are presented. Kholodovskij V.E., Machikhina I.O., Kulchenkov E.A. Correction for the electronic con-tribution to the heat capacity of metals in the model of van der waals interaction. Expressions have been derived for temperature dependences of energy and heat capacity of thermal motion of charge centres of o.e.s. atoms of metals with bcc and fcc lattice depending on one variation parameter which was named effective radius of an atom.
