Enhance-ments to cnc machine tools at the expense of communication between the pc and nc in the construction of adaptive control system. A method for organizing communication and com-puter numerical control in the construction of adaptive control system for extending the func-tionality of CNC machine tools. Shows the block diagram of the controller interface. We consid-er the organization of functional connections and information flows between elements of the adaptive control system.

Ageenko A.V. Improving the accuracy of lathes by the settings of CNC. The method of set-ting the parameters of machine tool, which allows to determine the accuracy of the whole tech-nological system to identify the influence of each factor on the accuracy of the castings move the cutting tool trajectory. The technique allows to achieve the necessary precision castings trajectory by optimizing the machining parameters during the planning, overhaul, as well as the modern-ization of CNC lathe.

Ritenman V.I. Results of introduction of the method FMEA-analysis of the design for im-provement of quality of electric drive signal of type of SP-6M. The order of carrying out of method of the FMEA-analysis of design is resulted. Results of introduction of the given method for improvement of quality and revealing of kinds of potential refusals of the electric drive signal type of SP-6M in the course of manufacture and operation are presented.

Êisel J.E., Gorkov A.S. Influence of structurally - mechanical parameters of composites on their wear resistance. Wear resistance of composite electrochemical coverings in conditions of abrasive wear process was investigated. The optimum maintenance of a disperse phase in a com-posite from the point of view of a ratio by a durability of a disperse phase and a matrix was de-termined. Dependences between wear resistance and a roughness of a surface of composites at wear process were established.

Moiseenko M. A. Simulation of heat exchange processes in the disk brake of the high-speed carriage. The numerical simulation results of thermal state of the high-speed carriage disc brake parts obtained by solving equation of nonsteady heat conductivity in moving medium by the method of splitting by the physical processes are presented. Decisive influence convective heat transfer exchanges on temperature distribution in brake’s parts is displayed.

Artuchin V.V., Dyatkov V.S., Seredkin A.N. The development of the system of intellectual credit scoring. The analysis of existing systems of credit scoring is made, and their disad-vantages are revealed. Some data mining algorithms are taken into consideration and the most optimal one is chosen. The development of credit scoring system with the use of neural networks is described. Testing of the created system is made and its efficiency is proved.
