Reutov A.A., Ivanitsky R.B., Emanov S.L. Determination of the belt location on the support rollers of conveyor curved section. Two models are proposed for calculation belt lateral displacement at the conveyor curved section. It is shown that calculation without taking into ac-count the belt bending stiffness, even on slightly curved section of the conveyor, leads to signifi-cant errors. The application support roller, spring-loaded on the one side, is impractical to reduce belt lateral displacement at the curved sections of the route.

Lagerev A.V., Averchenkov V.I., Lagereva E.A. Prediction of kinetics of dependability in-dices hydraulic drive of load-haul-dump machines simulation-based flow of element failures. A mathematical model and implementing its method predicting time variation of the operating hydraulic drive dependability of load-haul-dump machine. It is based on simulations of the kinetic damage-reduction process of the functional properties of hydraulic drive by taking ac-count of planned repairs and unexpected random failures disconnected elements.

Pyrikov P.G., Ruhljadko A.S. Operability assurance of working bodies of technological ma-chinery and the equipment. Some theoretical and applied aspects of maintenance of working capacity of technological machines and the equipment woodworking appointment on the basis of strengthening processing are reflected; conditions of formation of anisotropy of mechanical properties in strengthened materials from a position of their wear resistance are considered; rec-ommendations about hardening performance are resulted.

Keglin B.G., Boldyrev A.P., Ionov V.V. Perfection of the ceramic-metal frictional alloy for shock-absorbers of blow of the railway rolling stock. Results of researches of new ceramic-metal frictional alloy Ê-30 for the frictional shock-absorber (the absorbing device of an automatic coupling) PMKP-110 are stated. It is shown that application of a new alloy allows increasing power resources of the shock-absorber more than in 2 times.

Lozbinev F.Y., Lozbinev V.P. Parametric optimization of the carryinging systems of cars body in multi-criterion stating. The particularities of multi-criterion stating of optimization problems are considered. The criteria of optimum, used at analysis of the carryinging systems of cars body are presented. Obozov A.A., Tarichko V.I. Analysis of failures petrol engines, identified by a system of technical diagnostics. Main construction elements of petrol engines subjected to heavy operation conditions and accordingly failures which most often occur during operation are determined. Arrangement procedure of diagnostics algorithm based on matrix connecting diagnosable failures and their symptoms which are expressed in deviations of diagnostics parameters of engine from their reference values is shown. Diagnostics method of cylinder tightness of engine based on indicator diagram analysis is considered at engine idle operation.

The comparative analysis of technical and economic indica-tors of the two-block rotorno-piston engine, engines of the traditional design and rotorno-piston engine vankelja. This article contains the retrospective analysis of development of rotor-no-piston DVS Vankelja from the moment of its occurrence. Comparison of technical and eco-nomic indicators of the developed two-block rotorno-piston engine of a new design, the rotorno-piston engine of a design of Vankelja and petrol engines of a traditional design in which it is used krivoshipno-shatunnyj the mechanism is resulted.

Andriyanov A.I., Krizhanovsky A.I. Experimental study of nonlinear dynamics of pulsed voltage converters on the basis bipolar reversible modulation. The experimental circuit, al-lowing to investigate nonlinear dynamics of the pulse voltage converter on the basis of two types of bipolar reversible modulation is considered. The oscillograms, shows complex dynamics of system at great value transfer constant of the proportional regulator are obtained. The configura-tion of bifurcation border of area of stability of a design mode for two types of modulation is experimentally defined. The experimental study of dynamic processes is executed at constant of control signal. Two-parametrical diagram for peak-to-peak amplitude, showing danger of fluctu-ations of output voltage of systems of bipolar reversible modulation near bifurcation border are obtained.

Drakin A.J., Ilyin V.M., Khvostov V.A. Synthesis of the adaptive regulator of the control system of the electric drive with a damped oscillations of a cargo. The paper presents the re-sults of the synthesis of the control system of the electric drive of the mechanism of movement of the crane on the basis of neuro-fuzzy regulators. The crane ‘settings are brought to a two-mass system. The structure of the regulator is selected, a learning sample is formed and on its basis the adjustment of the control system is carried out. The modes of the system, trained for different values of the weight of the cargo and the length of the suspension are investigated.

Given article is devoted to mathematical modeling of magnetic fields of plated MCL. Result magnetic field of plated MCL is broken into components, modeling each of them in conditions of influence internal destabilization factors is carried out. Drawn a conclusion on a degree of influence considered destabilization factors.

Rybak L.A., Chichvarin A.V. Structural synthesis of a class of the parallel mechanisms for robots on the basis of the screw theory and the concept of virtual chains. In this article the structural synthesis method of a class of the parallel mechanisms providing plane-parallel dis-placement of a mobile platform is considered. The considered method is based on application of the screw theory and the concept of virtual chains. The structures of all parallel mechanisms con-taining three legs are received.

Maslova I.V. Use of operated process at restoration of the form of the large-sized body of the rotation which do not have the stationary axis of rotation. In the process of rotation of such technological equipment, as for example bracer of cement stove, there are complications with determination of form and errors of surface of rolling of bracer. For providing of maximal economic efficiency it is necessary in the process of work of equipment to define the errors of his form and remove the educed defects through the built machine-tool module.

Grishin A.I. Mathematical model of flow of liquid in the vicinity of rotating disks. Consid-ered the fluid flow between the two drives. Obtained the solution of the system of Navier-Stokes equations in cylindrical coordinates using the Runge-Kutta method of the 4-th order.

Averchenkov V.I., Lagerev A.V., Podvesovskiy A.G. Òhe representation and processing of fuzzy information in multi-criteria decision models for the social and economical systems control problems. The causes and the development forms of information fuzziness in multi-criteria decision problems are examined. The approaches, based on fuzzy comparison indices and ordered weighted averaging operators, for formalization and processing of the different types of fuzzy information in modeling of such problems are presented.

Miroshnikov V.V., Eshin S.V. Decision-making methods for optimal corrective and preven-tive actions selection in quality management systems. A formulation of the problem of correc-tive and preventive actions selection and its solution based on the formalism of causal Bayesian network and the probabilistic guarantee criterion is presented. Preventive actions optimization problem is formulated and solved. Formal definitions of the correction, corrective and preventive action based on the formalism of causal Bayesian network are given. Examples of typical deci-sion-making tasks for the corrective and preventive actions selection and development based on the proposed models are presented.
