Evdokimov E.G., Boldyrev D.A., Skantsev V.M., Chapkova J.V. Research of the electronic structure of elements in liquid melt. Kinds of internuclear communications and electronic configurations in molten metal. In article results of theoretical researches and calculations are resulted at an establishment of a kind of internuclear communications in systems of iron, iron and carbon («iron - graphite», «iron - cementite», «iron - diamond»), gland and an alloying element. It is shown that at sign change electronegativity the kind of internuclear communication in system changes. It is established that at metal alloys there can be all three kinds of internuclear communication - metal, ionic and covalent. Change of a kind of internuclear communications between elements is a consequence of change of temperature and concentration factors.

Andriyanov A.I., Glazun P.I. Matrix frequency converter with four-wire connection to the load. The modified two-stage frequency matrix converter topology with artificial neutral was developed. A layout of the power part, as well as the test results of the adopted technical solu-tions and control algorithms with using computer models in MatLab are presented. The basic regularities change in the quality of consumed power of the converter from the load are obtained.

Ritenman V.I. Carrying out of tests of the modernized electric drive signal of type of SP-6M on the reliability and maintainability. The order and conditions considered of carrying out the type test on the reliability of the modernized electric drive signal of type of SP-6M. Objectives, tasks and structure of the document “Program and methods of reliability tests” for improvement quality of carrying out of tests are established. The comparative analysis of analytical and empirical data is lead.

Izmerov M.A., Tikhomirov V.P. Adequacy of model and real surface. The criterion is pre-sented, allowing to estimate adequacy of a real surface and its model in the process of computer modeling and shows an example of the calculation.Methods by means of which it is possible to create on the COMPUTER of model of surfaces of details of cars are considered, is the fullest reflecting blanket microgeometry.

Lachin V.I., Plotnikov D.A. Experimental research of accuracy increasing method for smart vibration sensors. This article presents and analyzes the results of investigations of piezoelectric accelerometers sensing element free oscillations parameters dependence on the current value of its conversion coefficient. It is shown that the mentioned dependence can be used to improve the accuracy of smart vibration sensors by compensating the temperature effect on its conversion coefficient.

The results of the model experiments of leakage calculations in seals considering its’ real surface topography are represented. The in-fluence of surface`s microtopography on leakage is characterized by the flow factors. The results of flow factors calculation for seals with different surface’s processing are represented.

In the article describes the results of experimental research of hydrodynamic losses of a turbulent flow in the channel with a honeycomb structure. The dependence of the loss coefficient of the operation mode and geometric parameters was showed.

Ryabtsev E.N. Methods for performance calculation of programmable logic controller for automatic control systems of technological equipment. In this article were enunciated methods for performance calculation of PLC in case its employment in sequential control system. The article includes calculation sequence of PLC characteristics in depends of motion pattern execut-ed by movable operating element of process environment. There are some notes for decreasing requirements to devices integrated in automatic control system during its developing.

The complex model of improvement of system of quality management of the organization is offered. The processes of the quality man-agement influencing the basic components of developed model of the organization are revealed. Indicators and formulas for calculation of productivity of the identified processes of quality management are described. Dependence between productivity and a maturity of processes is de-fined.

The method-ology of staff readiness to innovation in industry calculating dealing with a theory of innovation noise is shown. The system of measuring characteristics that influence on the index of staff readiness to innovation based on points is elaborated. The necessity of calculating this index in order to improve it before starting the innovation process is proved.

Miroshnikov V.V. , Borbact N.M. , Dementeva T.P. Complex method of multilevel fmea-analysis in the system of quality management organization. At present, the FMEA is used in engineering and other industries. FMEA – is an effective tool to improve quality for both devel-opers and designers, and engineers involved with the organization of labor and production pro-cesses. The authors propose a technique and algorithm for integrated FMEA-analysis in the or-ganization’s QMS, which is now becoming increasingly important.

Pavlovskaya I. Attribute Measurement Systems for quality control of products and processes. Results of the research that shown in article aimed to quality control of products and processes which quality metrics has attribute or binary nature. During the research there was developed model, evaluation method and methodology of using attribute measurement systems. What matters here is that evaluation method allow to count such parameters of attribute measurement system as bias, stability, repeatability and reproducibility.
