Bogomolov D.G., Poroshin V.V.,Radygin V.Y. The program for the mesoscopic modelling continium fluid flow in the narrow channels with real microtopography of their walls. The program for the continium fluid flow parameters computation in the narrow channels is de-scribed. The channels with rough surface are examined. Veracity of the program was confirmed with comparison of results of experiment with results of ANSYS.

Demidov P.N., Semenov M.Yu., Nelyub V.A. Optimal choice of material and surface hard-ening method of gear wheels for galling resistance increasing. The galling resistance of two types of gear wheels was estimated on the basis of the energy model of adhesion. The numerical solution of this problem was obtained for traditional carburized heat-resistant steel and nitrocar-burized nanostructured steel. The benefits of new complex-alloyed steel and hardening method were shown for high-speed gear wheels.

Malysheva N.N., Metelitsa A.A., Kravsova E.G., Kovalski B.I., Bezborodov JU.N. The cata-lytic action of metals on oxidizing processes and temperature stability lubricants. Presented are some results of testing motor oils on thermal-oxidation and temperature stability. The cata-lytic influence of metals on oxidizing processes in lubricants with use of steel 45 were deter-mined. The regressions models of process destruction lubricants are received. Parameters for identification of oils on groups of operational properties and quantity indicators of influence metals on oxidizing processes of lubricants are offered.

Serpik I.N., Shviryaev M.V., Bashmakov A.G. Increasing the accuracy of the calculation of plate-rod systems. The refinement scheme approximation of displacements in rods that eccen-trically supports thin plates is developed. It is presented the example of the calculation of the plate-rod system with the results that confirm the efficacy of the proposed approach to the analy-sis of deformation of objects of this type.
