Zernin M.V. Techniques of estimation of operability of sliding bearings developed at the departament "Dynamics and strength of machines" BSTU. Described developed at the de-partment "Dynamics and Strength of Machines" Bryansk State Technical University computa-tional and experimental methods of estimation of efficiency and durability of bearings in the cri-teria of interaction and surface damage. Describes the method of calculation of the hydrodynam-ic and contact pressures and stresses, fatigue processes modeling techniques in anti-friction layer and the different types of wear of its surface. The review of publications of staff of chair is actu-ally provided in the central magazines on this subject and the directions of further development of offered approaches are specified.

Results of static and dynamic tests of the polymeric absorb-ing device of an automatic coupling are given. Comparison of experimental and settlement pow-er characteristics of a set of polymeric elements is given.

Gayvoronsky E.G. The frictional self-oscillations in absorbing devices. The article describes the retrospective of research of the frictional self-oscillations in absorbing devices. Attention is paid to the features of integration of differential equations with variable structure, including the breaks right parts, which are obtained by the analysis dynamics of the absorbing device. The questions of the application of FEA to study a longitudinal impact are raised.

Serpik I.N., Kurchenko N.S. Determination of the limit load of systems with thin-walled open cross-section rods. The algorithm for dynamic finite element analysis of limit loading for thin-walled structures with open cross-section rods is developed. Geometrically and material nonlinear behavior of the deformed systems are taken into account. The efficiency of the pro-posed method is illustrated on the examples of a rod and a frame calculation.

The article considers the principles of selection of material for fric-tion nodes. Choice of material with the required tribological indicators for the safety clutch pro-vides for the rational cycle of tribotechnical tests, the use of neuro computing modeling and re-source forecasting.

Shilko S.V. Mesomechanics in design of materials for structural elements with prescribed strain and strength characteristics. The problem of design of materials with prescribed proper-ties has been considered and its solution by means of three-level analysis of strength and de-formability of composite structural elements has been proposed. This method is illustrated by design of floor panel made of disperse-reinforced polymer and heart valve prostheses based on directionally-reinforced elastomer.

Buglaev V.T., Perevezencev V.T., Shilin M.A., Sckodin V.M. xperimental research of heat transfer in the channel with honeycomb structure. In the article describes the results of experimental research of heat transfer of a turbulent flow in the channel with a honeycomb struc-ture. The dependence of heat transfer coefficients of the operation mode and geometric parame-ters was showed.

Describes the technology and equipment for surface hardening of machine parts based on nanodiamonds deto-nation synthesis to improve wear resistance. Are the results of the test of cylindrical specimens of tribotechnical normalized by applying the automated system research.

Kissel Y.E., Shvyryaev M.V., Gorenkov A.S. Heat treatment of composite electrochemical coatings. The effect of high impact on the structure and phase transition-tional composite elec-trochemical coatings of iron-based with the inclusion of dispersed particles fused, boron carbide, silicon carbide and silicon oxide. It is shown that heat treatment leads to a change in the micro-structure of the composites and the activation of physical and chemical reactions between the filler particles and the matrix.

Developed measuring complex and the design of the instrument permitting, using strain-gauge sensors perceive the components of the cutting forces arising in the development compacted snow working bodies of the road machines, excluding their mutual influence on each other and implement a digital component recording.

The technique and results of a study of error re-covery additive components of time series by the singular spectrum analysis are shown.
