Averchenkov V.I., Filippova L.B. Study of the formation of error in processing the use of active control setting on cnc machines. The article describes the features of CNC equipment setup with a contact-type sensors, the example of vertical milling machining center Quaser MV154EL the sensor active monitoring of the contact type Renishaw TS27R, to produce a new batch of products. Proposed a new method of determining the geometric parameters of the tool when using this type of equipment.

Bishutin S.G. Increase of wear resistance of surfaces of details of cars at finishing abrasive processing. Possibility of essential increase of wear resistance of surfaces is shown at their fin-ishing abrasive processing on the basis of regulation of thermal and power impacts on a blanket by a choice of rational modes of grinding.

Bobrov M.V., Bulychev M.A. Forecasting of level of damages of passengers in the car with places for sitting at big speeds of impact. Forecasting of level of damages of passengers at emergency impacts of a car on the basis of mathematical modeling is executed. For criterion of damages of passengers injury of the head is accepted.

Boldyrev A.P., Zhirov P.D., Vasilyev A.S., Borovikova S. V. Assessment of overall perfor-mance of the frictional ñeramic-metal elements of absorbing devices under various service conditions. Results of pilot studies of frictional ceramic-metal elements are given. The specified mathematical model of the absorbing device PMKP-110 is presented. Influence of a factor of wear on operation of absorbing devices at shunting operations and transitional modes of move-ment of the train is shown. Statistical distribution of the longitudinal loadings operating on the freight car, taking into account operation time is calculated. Criteria of efficiency taking into ac-count and without a wear factor are calculated.

Vasilev A.S. Research of frictional-elastomeric absorbing device with elastic spacer unit and stress-strain state of its nodes. The design of the new friction absorbing device with elastic spacer unit is presented. The new mathe¬matical model is developed. The power characteristics of the projected absorbing device are received. The results of stress-strain state's calculation and experimental researches are shown.

Volunshchikov S.Y., Manzhosov V.K. Dynamics of the acceleration of the rigid body with elastic compression rod with unilateral constraints (wave model). Presented model of wave motion of elastic compression rod and rigid body interacting with the rod, with the unilateral constraints. To analyze the process of motion method of traveling waves. To giv analytical de-pendences for calculating the parameters of forward and backward waves at different intervals of the movement. Defined intervals of movement and the time might be when possible disconnection of the contact.

Semenov M.Yu., Demidov P.N., Nelyub V.A. The optimization of gear wheels vacuum car-burizing to increase the fatigue strength of heat resistant steel. This article continues the dis-cussion of problem of vacuum carburizing optimization. The process optimization method based on mathematical model was applied to improve the fatigue resistance properties. Two variants of gear wheels carburization process were developed to provide high fatigue resistance.

Per-formed an analysis of aerodynamic characteristics of the original and modernized design of globe single-seated valve with the conical diffuser. The experiment was conducted on the basis of CFD-simulation (FEM-method) using CAE-system Autodesk Simulation CFD 2013.

Schawekina O.G. Îptimization of freight cars endwalls open-gran structured. There are several calculations of different reinforcement variants of the endwall of high-sided wagon re-sulted by inertial effect during the unilateral stroke at the automatic coupling. Certainly there is an elemental model described, which is used for calculation. The variant of reinforcement of the endwall is defined, where its metal consumption is minimal.

Gulakov K. V. Selection of neural network architecture for solving the approximation task and regression analysis of experimental data. Stepanitshev A.F., Parshikova G.V. Holographic model of language as a basis for creation of artificial intelligence and simulation of consciousness. The article is devoted to the philo-sophical problems of becoming a humanoid artificial intelligence. Analyzed the work that influ-enced the formation of the concept of "artificial intelligence." It is shown that the solution can not only move us along the path of social, scientific and technological progress, but also on the way of understanding the human mind, consciousness, language, and the linguistic field of con-sciousness and the human psyche.
