Bishutin S.G., Piljaev A.S. Features of formation of working surfaces extended directing at the finishing combined antifrictional processing. Results of researches of process of formation of wearproof surfaces directing are resulted at the combined antifrictional processing including three stages: preliminary abrasive processing for preparation of a surface for drawing an antifric-tional material; processing of a surface by an antifrictional material; structurization and hardening of a superficial layer by plastic deformation of the processed site of a surface. Zernin M.V., Mishin A.V., Rybkin N.N. Method of journal bearing surface defects' limit size calculation by criterion of their influence on hydrodynamic characteristics. Method of operational surface defects limit size modeling in lubricating liquid flow problem was devel-oped. Defect types influencing on hydrodynamic characteristics are described. Dense finite ele-ments grid generation and method of nominal surface deviation definition are stated. Some hy-drodynamic calculation results of journal bearing with different defect types are presented.

Lagerev A.V., Milto A.A., Lagerev I.A. Universal technique for analysing hydraulic articu-lating crane dynamics. The algorithms for forward, inverse and hybrid dynamics of hydraulic articulating crane are described. The methods for applying typical external forces are demon-strated. The dynamic analysis of articulated arm of ACT-4-A welding machine is performed.

Obozov A.A., Tarichko V.I. Experimental investigations working process engine in order to obtain diagnostic information. The results of development and the creation of an experimental stand in the laboratory combustion engines Bryansk State Technical University for developing a fundamentally new system of technical diagnosis based on the applied aspects of the statistical pattern recognition. With the use of modern electronic measuring tools and automated data collection and processing done indexing engine at various operating conditions using a technique simulating a failure. The resulting statistical amount of diagnostic information for classes servi-ceable boundary, faulty technical states combustion engine.

Reutov A.A. Calculation of the efforts of the mechanism for extention telescopic boom. The equations for calculation of forces of hydraulic cylinder and ropes for extension and retraction sections of telescopic boom are received. It is shown that maximal values of forces of hydraulic cylinder and ropes for extension and retraction sections should be calculated from the condition for retention of the boom sections under maximum permitted load. Pre-tension of the retracting rope should provide its tension at the maximum angle of inclination of the boom.

Tikhomirov V.P., Safonov A.L., Gorlenko O.A. Calculation of wear of electric connectors contacts. In article there are analysis of the nature of friction and wear and necessary for practi-cal use calculation depending for the definition of pressures in the contact pair and the value of wear. They bind the external characteristics of the processes and properties of the contacting sur-faces. Recommendations are given for the calculation of contact pairs of electrical connectors for wear.

Fedonin O.N., Khandozhko V.A., Lakalina N.Y. Increase of efficiency of processing taps exact threads of large diameter. We analyzed the existing methods of processing fine threads of large diameter, revealed the shortcomings of these methods. To address these shortcomings, there was a need for new advanced tools for processing the internal thread. A number of studies, the result of which was the development, manufacture and implementation of special single-tapping screw flutes for cutting accurate threads in deep holes.

Fedonin O.N., Khandozhko V.A., Averkina N.E. Development of technology of diamond cutting of purveyances of leukosapphire. This article considers questions of machining prepa-rations of leukosapphire, and also editings of diamond disk circles on a metal sheaf. The devel-oped technology of treatment of leukosapphire is presented in the article, the analysis of prob-lems, arising up at treatment and solutions of possible problems are offered is executed.

Tsukanova E.S., Keglin B.G. Dynamic finite element. The finite element with base functions, which represent exact dynamic shapes of structural elements, is suggested for solutions of dy-namic problems. In particular, comparison of solutions for dynamic and classic finite elements is presented for free vibrations of frameworks.

Proposed improvement of the FMEA method based on the use of conditional probabilities and utility theory. Sheleg V.K., Dovgalev A.M., Zholobov A.A., Levanovich N.A. Mathematical modeling of the process of combined treatment of parts by magnetic-and-dynamic rolling and rotating magnetic field. The work uncovers the essence of the process of combined treatment of parts by magnetic-and-dynamic rolling and rotating magnetic field. The article presents a design of a combination tool which contains deforming balls that are placed loose in an annular space, a magnetic system to impart the labour movement to the deforming balls and a device for magnet-izing the surface of the ferromagnetic part. Modeling of the combined reinforcing treatment pro-cess has been carried out. The system of differential equations which describes kinematics of movement of the deforming ball has been obtained. Initial and final conditions for numerical in-tegration and estimation of kinematic features of the deforming ball at various modes of reinforc-ing treatment have been specified.

Evenko V.V., Sereda M. M.,. Spasennikov V.V. The inventive activity in innovation: a comparative analysis of the dynamics of patenting in the conditions of socio-economic changes. Based on the data of patent statistics, a model of the dependence of the level of patent activity of the countries from different indicators, characterizing development of science and technology and the state of the economy countries. This model allows to estimate the propensity of enterprises in various countries to undertake independent research and development. Modeling is based on the binary choice model.
