Pinchuk V.V. Parametric synthesis of aggregate modular hydraulic control units used in production machinery hydraulic drives.
Hydraulic drives used in manufacturing equipment are generally developed using high technology component parts. Pugachev A.A., Vorobiev V.I., Kosmodamianskii A.S. Control system of tractive induction motor with power loss minimization.
The mathematical model of induction motor taking power losses in stator and rotor iron and typical non-linearity is designed. The algorithm of optimal flux linkage reference providing power loss minimization is developed with regard to vector control. The induction motor stator current and voltage limits, the diesel generator unit power are chosen as a limiting factor. The tractive induction motor control system providing the direct regulation of wheel sliding for protection from slipping and having the internal system of power loss minimization is designed. The results of simulation are presented.

Sakalo V.I., Sakalo A.V. Limits of applicability of the Hertz solution for contact problem
Possibility of applying of the Hertz solution at close values of the radii of curvature of the pro-files of bodies is analyzed. Research is carried out on the example of contact problem for wheel and rail in case when the contact patch is located on the fillet parts of the wheel and rail. The same problem is solved by using finite element method. The correction factors for specifying parameters such as the size of the contact patch and the maximum pressure obtained by an ana-lytical method are proposed.

Tsukanova E.S. Analysis of forced vibrations of frameworks by finite element method using dynamic finite element.
The analysis of forced vibrations of frameworks using finite element method is considered. The dynamic finite element, the base functions of which represent exact dynamic shapes of structural elements, is used for system discretization. The assessment of errors as a result of classic FEM application is given. The efficiency of application of dynamic finite element for analysis of forced vibrations and dynamic stress-deformed state of structures is shown.
