S.G. Bishutin, M.S. Dashunina. PASSIVE CAR SAFETY SYSTEM UPDATING AT HEAD-ON COLLISION WITH LORRY
At emergency brake application before collision a car clearance decreases considerably, a car front side comes lower and actually does not participate in blow energy absorption. A car “dives under” a lorry and al-most all blow energy falls to the roof and windshield posts which do not figure on the perception of such a load that often results in fatal consequences.
To reduce weight of consequences after such a collision there was developed a design for a passive car safety. The device consists of a ring pneumatic cylinder which is situated round a front shock strut next the upper bearing of a shock absorber and connected with a squib. It is intended for lifting and car body fixation along the height before a collision with a lorry. There are two such devices installed in a motor car, with one for each front wheel. It is not difficult to make this device there is no need in essential changes in the car design. It can be installed in any car with front posts of the type «macferson».
The offered device is integrated in the general system of a car passive safety and at unavoidable head collision with a lorry is activated by means of a squib explosion.

.V. Davydov, D.A. Boldyrev, V.M. Skantsev, L.I. Popova. EVOLUTION OF UNREGULATED FORMS OF GRAPHITE INCLUSIONS IN GRAPHITIZED STRUCTURAL CAST IRON
The evolution influence of the graphite form (from a plate-type form to a globular one) upon struc-tural cast iron properties was analyzed and grounded, there were also considered cast iron peculiarities and prospects of their commercial application is estimated. For castings production the expediency of rational ap-plication of unregulated graphitized cast iron with the intermediate transitional morphology of graphite inclu-sions instead of grey iron high grades with lamellar graphite (GI 30, GI 35) and malleable cast iron is shown. The appropriate use substantiation of men-tioned cast iron types taking into account their peculi-arities is shown.

A.P. Boldyrev, A.S. Vasiliev. CHARACTERISTICS COMPUTATION FOR MODERN SHOCK ISOLATORS OF ROLLING-STOCK USING APPROPRIATE SIMULATORS
The adequacy of a real physical object simulator is particularly significant in the problems of operation when there is a possibility for the immediate comparison and analysis of computational and actual values of model parameters. Modern absorbing devices for rolling-stock automatic coupling are described thoroughly with the aid of various simulators, but the adequacy results of these simulators insufficient. In the course of investigations there were created specified simulators of modern shock isolators. The simulator parameters are identified on basis of experimental researches of full-scale samples. The experiments were carried out simultaneously with mathematical modeling and in-cluded static tests on hydraulic press PMM-250 and dynamic tests on shock table-incline BSTU-BS3. For the computation of identifiable parameters there was used a criterion function which defined the rate of di-vergence in an experiment and computed model on a travel and force. As a criterion function the criterion of a root-mean-square deviation of force and travel from experimental behavior was used. According to the in-vestigations carried out there were computed the char-acteristics of modern shock isolators, and also the ade-quacy of created simulators on basis of Fischer criteri-on was tested and verified.

A.A. Vereshchaka. FUNCTIONAL COATINGS FOR CUTTERS
A methodology for the design of cutter func-tional coating and also the processes of assisted vacu-um-arc deposition with condensate filtration allowing the effectiveness increase in various cutter types at the expense of up-dating a coating structure, the develop-ment of inter-grain and inter-layer boundaries of coat-ing, the durability increase in adhesion of a coating with substrate are considered.

A.M. Drokonov, A.V. Osipov, A.A. Volzhentsov. ECONOMY INCREASE OF TURBOSET FLOW UNIT
At present time a considerable part of installed facilities of steam – and gas-turbine units exhausted the body resources in connection with that their modernization is an urgent problem. The effectiveness increase in the work of a flow part in turbine units can be achieved at the expense of peripheral leakage decrease in bandless and banded stages of steam and gas turbines. In banded stages it can be achieved due to the choice of optimum value in the peripheral overlap of turbine rotor blades. In the BSTU there was obtained a dependence allowing the approximate definition of the optimum value for the overlap. At the same time the design of peripheral honeycomb seal with variable geometry allowing the operation with increased gaps in vibrating dangerous modes (start and stop) and in nominal conditions – with reduced gaps that gives the decrease of operation heat leakage about 30% in comparison with a basic design is offered. For bandless stages on the outer outline of an impeller the spiral profile groove manufacturing is of-fered for the effect of flow blocking at periphery. In the BSTU on the test air benches it was established that at the optimum angle of spiral profile groove slope equal to 150 to the plane of the impeller rotation the efficiency increment for the stage of an average fanning is equal to about 1% in comparison with the variant of a smooth overlap. For the purpose of stage operation reliability increase at economy conservation there is offered a creation of the hollow chamber with 2…3mm depth in the middle part of the blade exterior cross section. The application of variants developed for the flow part modernization in turbo-machines should contribute to effectiveness and reliability increase of power-generating units and ensure the ecological characteristics improvement in plants at the expense of their vibro-acoustic activity decrease.

K.V. Gerasimov, V.V. Kobishchanov, D.Yu. Rasin. LOAD OF GONDOLA WITH FLOOR DECKING AT HANDLING OPERATIONS
A gondola with a body of solid type – an eco-nomically effective unit of a rolling-stock. Most of the damages of gondola bodies is caused at handling op-erations with the failure of requirements observance established. In the paper the assessment of deflected mode body in the body at the lump load drop with the mass of 500 kg is carried out. Normal stresses and travels arising at the blow of load in the sections of joints of frame beams between each other, side and end walls are analyzed. The values of stresses three times higher than the foreseen ones with “Standards…” are adopted as reference valuations. It is substantiated by test results and the comparison of material characteristics at dead-weight and dynamic loads.
As a result of car body multi-choice computa-tions on basis of the detailed MCE there was estab-lished the following: the closer the place of a lump blow to a supporting longitudinal to the car body end is, the stresses are higher in it. Stresses arising in the supporting longitudinal situated between an end girder and a body bolster beam reach 998 H/mm , at the same time in the middle of the car body of a gondola they do not exceed 450 Í⁄ìì². If a load lump falls down on the joint of cross-beams and longitudinal ones, then stresses in their sections 10-15 times less, than if the fall were to a strengthening beam. In the main the maximum stress distribution is limited by small areas located between two neighboring cross-beams. The research results have shown, it is necessary that additional bearing elements absorbing a blow should be introduced in a frame.

V.A. Lebedev, V.V. Kobishchanov, D.Ya. Antipin, S.D. Korshunov. DYNAMIC MODEL SUBSTANTIATION OF ELASTIC BODY IN BILEVEL CAR
The aim of this work consists in choosing a ra-tional way for the definition of self-resonant frequency in car body bending vibrations of a bilevel car.
A test subject is the car body of a bilevel car of the model 61-4465 manufactured by the Company «Tver Wagon Works».
The vibration tests of a bilevel car were mod-eled. Test results were compared to the data of actual test and a computation on the recommendations of regulations.
There is developed a lamellar finite-element model of a bilevel car carcass with its stiffness corre-sponding to a real car body. The assessment of self-resonant frequency in car body bending vibrations was carried out on basis of three variants of its model dif-fered with the distribution of car body gross weight: uniformly throughout the whole of metalware; throughout the parts of metalware in accordance with mass position in a real car; taking into account the influence of partition rigidity in compartments and service rooms. The comparison of modeling results with the use of models described and results of actual tests shows their satisfactory correspondence that allows approaching to dynamic values of a real car body at the investigation of its loading by the methods of computer simulation.

A.V. Kirichek, S.V. Barinov. HETEROGENEOUS STRUCTURE PARAMETER EFFECT UPON RESISTANCE TO CONTACT SPALLING
At present time to increase surface layer life in machinery there is formed a heterogeneously strength-ened structure representing alternate hard-tough areas. The method of static-pulse working (SPW) with surface plastic forming is a method promising enough for the heterogeneous structure formation in a surface layer. At SPW the plastic forming of material to be strengthened is carried out through an impulse load which is a consequence of rise at a blow in an impact system of a strain wave and controlled by the change of geometrical parameters in an impact system. The SPW allows creating a strengthened structure both uniformly, and heterogeneously. For a wider use of the heterogeneous strain strengthening of the SPW in industry there were developed the heterogeneity parameters describing the distribution of hard-tough areas in the surface layer; there were carried out researches of the resistance to a contact spalling of heterogeneously strengthened samples of steel 45, steel X, steel 35 XGSA; there was carried out the analysis of the distribution of hard-tough areas in the surface layer of strengthened samples.
As a result of researches carried out for steel 45, steel 40X, steel 35XGSA there was defined a range of heterogeneity parameters conducive to the increase of their resistance to a contact spalling two … six times more.

The problem of hard-metal end-milling cutter capacity for work increase on basis of tool physical stress-strain properties modification by means of the formation of nano-structured multi-level coatings on tool working surfaces with the use of filtered cathode-vacuum-arc deposition is developed. There is devel-oped a system and a composition of three-component nano-structured multi-level composition modificating coatings for the deposition on working surfaces of end-milling cutters. The results of laboratory and industrial tests of end-milling cutters with the developed coatings for the conditions of roughing and finishing are repre-sented

V.V. Rogalyov, O.A. Chernyavsky.MATERIAL EVOLUTION IN CRITICAL PARTS OF MARINE LOW-SPEED ENGINES
With the growth of average effective pressure in cylinders of marine low-speed diesel engines the re-quirements increased to materials used for manufacturing their critical parts. This paper reports the dynamics of mechanical data changes in materials (steel and cast iron) of critical parts in diesel engines by the example of produce of the Bryansk engineering plant. From 1961 till 2008 the Bryansk engineering plant is the only manufacturer of powerful marine low-speed diesel engines in Russia. Diesel engines were being built under licence of “MAN Burmeister Diesel” Co. Diesel engines manufactures in different years differ with forcing degree. A diesel engine with a higher forcing degree has a higher value of mean effective pressure. In the paper there are shown types of diesel engines manufactured by the Bryansk engineering plant and is shown the evolution of mechanical data of cylinder iron bushes, piston rings, steel components of a bed frame, crankshafts.
It is pointed out that the application of new steel and cast iron kinds should follow considerable changes in the design of marine low-speed diesel engines of the type 6DKRN 50/200-14 of compact modification.
The conclusion is drawn of that with the growth of a forcing degree in diesel engines the mechanical data of steel and cast iron will increase at the expense of material chemistry changes by means of the intro-duction of alloying elements and application of modern metallurgical equipment for qualitative billet manufacturing.

Quality ensuring in training students and educa-tional institutions graduates is one of the state direc-tions in the sphere of education. In view of this the significance consists in the development, introduction and improvement of the assessment model for the quality of training students on the baccalaureate’s , specialist’s and master’s curricula. This paper reports the model considered for the correspondence assessment of curricula to the requirements of the Federal State All-Russian Standard for Higher Vocational Education (FSARS HVE) on basis of four indices and thirty-two criteria according to the recommendations of the Russian Accreditation Agency of the Russian federation. For each of the criteria there are shown documents and materials confirming its fulfillment. Failure to execute at least one of the criteria means lack of correspondence of the curriculum to the requirements of the FSARS HVE. A not less significant procedure of curricula quality assessment – a confirmation, by means of the presentation of documents and materials on the successful application of knowledge, abilities and skills obtained in the course of mastering a compulsory cur-riculum by students and graduates under real or simu-lated working conditions.
One of the conditions for the increase of curric-ula effectiveness – the availability in an educational institution (EI) of the in-college system for education quality assessment which would allow planned carry-ing out organizational measures on a fundamental analysis and objective self-appraisal of educational activities of all departments of the EI and obtaining complete information on the curricula realization, and also correcting a training procedure with the aim of quality increase in college graduate students training. The main purpose of such in-college system consists in the definition of areas for education quality increase in all kinds of activities of the university and its depart-ments

E.S. Demidenko, E.A. Dergachyova. TECHNICAL AND MAN-CAUSED REALITY OF CURRENT SOCIAL –NATURAL DEVELOPMENT IN BIOSPHERIC LIFE TRANSFORMATION
Technical reality is a set technical and techno-logical objects and processes. This reality widens re-cently up to the world of material and artificial objects, phenomena and processes, oversteps the limits of tech-niques and approaches the concept of technosphere. This extensive concept itself includes the whole of arti-ficial, lifeless, real-material and field, electromagnetic world. At the beginning of the XXI-st to change a technical reality began a more complicated reality. It is already different - extra-natural, extra-biospheric, not neutral to biosophere and its animate nature, but trans-forming or even destroying a secular biospheric life. The formed in the paper new concept –“man-caused”, on the one hand, includes technical reality giving a new life not only to man, but also to terrestrial life precipi-tating not only processes of social development, but also socio-natural one. On the other hand such a reality correlates with biosphere and human life in a different way – subjects it to pathological transformations and, as a result, to annihilation. G.A. Fedyaeva, T.B. Smorudova, D.V. Kochevinov, D.V. Konokhov. FREQUENCY-CURRENT SYSTEM FOR RELAY VECTOR CONTROL OF NONSYN-CHRONOUS ELECTRIC DRIVE IN BRIDGE CRANE TRAVEL MECHANISM/a>
This paper reports the variant for the advance-ment of the functional circuit and algorithms to control a bridge crane travels with the correction of misalign-ment and transverse displacement on basis of the use of new systems of a non-synchronous electric drive with frequency control. It is offered to use a simple and reliable frequency – current with an autonomous inverter of current and a relay-vector algorithm of control. A functional circuit of the system of frequen-cy-current control for the mechanism of a bridge crane travel with the correction of misalignment and transverse displacement. To analyze a crane position there are used differential values obtained by means of the indication difference in contactless sensors measuring a distance from the preset crane points to rails on the opposite supports. The procedure for the computation of control system parameters is stated. For the check of created functional circuits and algorithms of control there is used a complex electromechanical computer model of a bridge crane with a high degree of detailed elaboration (a virtual prototype of a bridge crane). The modeling results of are shown. The shown frequency – current system of control with the correction of misalignment and transverse displacement allows the decrease of threshold differential valuations and the increase of speed and accuracy of regulation

The development of an information advising system is based on the formation of fuzzy models de-scribing a reciprocal factor effect of the internal envi-ronment upon each other and the plant external envi-ronment influence upon the internal one.
The offered information advising system has a subsystem for data input, a diagnostic unit, an assess-ment unit and knowledge base. The subsystem of data input is responsible for experts’ assessment input, in-terconnections and a user query formation. In the eval-uation unit there are presented procedures for the effectiveness assessment of the measure complex with the consideration of environment influence upon factors of internal environment. In the unit of a diagnostic trend there are formed factor classifiers of external and internal environment, the selection of management decisions on basis of the formed recommendation set. In the unit of diagnostic trend there are saved tables of the influence of external environment factors upon internal environment factors and accounts are under formation. The system knowledge base contains experts’ assessment archive, formalized data of experts’ competence and a set of experts’ recommendations for various areas of know-ledge

The approach described in the paper is similar to the idea of memory organization in a computer. In the computer memory there must be saved not only data workable, but also directions for processing itself. Only in case when with encryption a key appears as a memory: it contains both, information essential in the course of encryption (a key proper), and an instruction on the way of encryption should be carried out (an additional block of information). As a consequence of this the crypto-durability of the whole system increas-es. A.V. Kozachok, O.M. Golembiovskaya, L.M. Tuan. PROTOTYPE OF ACCESS CONTROLLED DIFFERENTIATION SYSTEM TO FILES OF DOCUMENTATION FORMATS
The safety problem with information circulating in corporate information-computer nets is urgent under conditions of present-day information society. The authors have developed a generalized functional model of the process of controlled access differentiation. At the same time come forward users identified by accounts as access subjects in the model and files of documentation formats are objects. Rules for the differentiation of a subject access to objects are specified as a matrix of powers taking into account marks of confidentiality. A distinguishing feature consists in that a container storing data is protected on basis of the method of indistinguishable obfuscation. The model developed allows storing data in a uniformed kind and ensuring a single method for an access to them. For safe storing is used a format of the protected container where information is stored in an obfuscated form. A container represents an executable file having a number of preset properties and functions allowing unambiguously the user identification, diffe-rentiation of an access to data (rights: to read, write, and assignation), assurance of the security for a confidence of the document implemented. The container format ensures its safe storing and transmis-sion through a network.

.V. Kazakov, V.S. Kazakov. PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF FLUID POWER DRIVE AT STAGE OF ITS DESIGN USING EVOLUTIONARY SIMULATION
In a number of engineering problems in the de-velopment of automated systems arises a necessity in the computation and design of a fluid power drive (FPD) in conformity with particular technological schemes for which there are no finished industrial products or it is necessary to carry out a sufficiently exact correspondence of operating characteristics with specified engineering data. In this case one does not carry out the selection of standard elements for a fluid power drive, but performs their designing, where there were used modern approaches and methods of the computer-aided design.
As operation results show, a designed fluid power drive in most cases cannot possess required for system functioning dynamic properties: performance, capacity for a decrement, sensitivity and so on. Ac-cording to the investigations, they depend in many respects upon such characteristics of a hydro-system as static fluid of a hydro-cylinder and piping, time con-stant of transient and damping coefficient.
If we consider the process of FPD designing as a procedure of a parametric synthesis, then the re-search of its variants with different combinations of parameter values gives a possibility not only to choose geometrical dimensions for a unit, but to estimate its potential operational functionalities.
At present time as one of the effective ap-proaches in the realization of such a solution may be the application of methods for the evolutionary simulation, where each object analyzed is considered as an individual.
As an example of the evolutionary simulation there are considered the results of FPD servicing char-acteristics estimate computed on bases of design data for a fork-lift truck. The graphic dependences obtained establish the extreme correlations of hydraulic actuator operational characteristics which stipulate for a stable work of the fluid power drive in the transient behavior without special damping devices. Results of the evolu-tionary simulation allow analyzing the influence of parameters mentioned upon the damping coefficient changes and drawing a conclusion for decision making for the choice of such a design variant of a fluid power drive at which there would be ensured the best servicing characteristics of the plant.

The present day at engineering plants occurs the following problem: an inadequacy of management decisions made to the required state of manufacturing causing high production costs, higher length of the production cycle and irregularity in timing of orders. To solve this problem the author of this work has de-veloped a methodology for the management of differ-ent and dynamic production based on a system ap-proach. The main way for the realization of the system approach lies through the formation of an adequate integrated information system of an engineering plant control. With the aid of the integrated information us-ing the OLAP methodology the procedure of all pro-duction processes is tracked and a complex multidi-mensional analysis of data is carried out, dynamics, trends, regularities and new knowledge are defined. The OLAP methodology gives convenient high-speed means of access, review and analysis of business in-formation. A user obtains a natural, comprehensible, multi-dimensional data model organizing them as mul-ti-dimensional cubes. The system multi-dimensional data analysis and optimum decision-making are en-sured with a computer. The system developed for the support of management decision-making embraces various kinds of activities, planning periods and man-agement profiles. The technical solutions offered are introduced into Bryansk Engineering Plant Co. and have a universal character and can be applied at all engineering plants of the country

A.L. Mashkova. STRUCTURE AND MATHEMATICAL SUPPORT OF PROGRAM MODULE «ECONOMICS AND EDUCATION» OF EXPERIMENTAL ECONOMICS AGENT MODEL
The development problems of mathematical and information support for forecasting economic processes and curricula in an agent model of experimental economics are considered. To solve the problems listed in the agent model there is provided a creation of a special program module “Economics and Education”. The module development was carried out through the methods of a structural analysis and designing allowing the communication installation of document files and computing units of the module. To form a forecast of economics requirements in personnel with higher vocational education there was used information of the structure of the employed for a reference year (in the context of aggregative groups of specialties), a forecast of development dynamics in separate kinds of economic activity, the expected indices of birth and death rate. Input, output and inner information files of a software module are shown as one-dimensional and two-dimensional matrices. At the output of the software module there was obtained a plan of applicant enrollment in aggregative groups of specialties beginning from a reference year. In conclusion the analysis of the applicability limits of the offered simulator and application possibilities for a scenario analysis of economic dynamics for the adequacy increase of economics development forecast is carried out

The creation of new structural materials for manufacturing parts of various technical destinations is an integral part of modern industry, inasmuch as the requirements to products are mainly directed to the de-crease of their mass, hardening, conservation of proper-ties at the influence of hostile environment and temperature without attraction of additional ex-penditures for manufacturing. But, in the course of cutting a tool is worn out quickly and cannot ensure high efficiency of machining. The purpose of researches consists in the technological process efficiency increase of composite material edge cutting machining. As a problem of researches is the development of the procedure for the assessment of expenditures presented depending on the peculiarities of the tool design, its capacity for work and cutting modes. For the solution of problems set there is offered a procedure for the as-sessment of expenditures presented which takes into account the expenses for a cutter, work material, electric power and other parameters characterizing the techniques taking into account the specificity of composite material machining. There is an expenditure binding to empirical values of the technological period of tool life and machining productivity depending on cutting modes. The procedure is realized for the optimization of the technological process of composite material milling. The recommendation for the definition of cutting modes ensuring low expenditures for manufacturing is developed
