REASONS FOR THE CHOICE OF THE THERMAL PIPE FOR THE COMPLEX
COOLING SYSTEM OF THE COMBINED CUTTING TOOLS
The mathematical model of heat exchange in a cooling system of the combined cutting tools in case of dry cutting is provided. Absorption of heat is reached in case of change of aggregate state of fusible substances and is based on application of phase transitions of the first sort. As a result of the solution of a task of Stefan cutting process thermostabilization duration time is determined.

COMPUTATION OF PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE FIELDS IN LUBRICATING LAYER OF TAPERED HYDROSTATIC DYNAMIC BEARINGS
The paper reports the consideration of the pro-cedure for the computation of pressure and temperature fields in a lubricating layer of a tapered hydrostatic dynamic bearing based on a joint solution of Reynolds equations, a balance of energies and a balance of expenses and also additional correlations for thermal-physical properties of lubricating material taking into account turbulence and a thermal effect. The solution of this system was carried out through a numerical method of finite differences. The theoretical and experimental investigations show that lubricating material in a tapered hydrostatic dynamic bearing ensures a sufficient carrying capacity. This work offers the use of results shown for the analysis of rotor systems on tapered bearings and it will be useful for scientific workers and engineers dealing with the problems of computation and design of slider bearings in high-speed systems

INCREASE OF ENDURANCE AND WORKING CAPACITY OF STRUCTURAL STEEL BY ADDITIONAL CHEMICAL-THERMAL TREATMENT USING
Modern methods of chemical-thermal treat-ment (CTT) such as cyanidation, nitrogen case-hardening and others are widely-used in different branches of industry and they are processes promising enough. The solution of ecological problems of diffu-sion strengthening and improvement of performance attributes of a surface layer are interrelated with the use of special powder mixtures – lutes, pastes, called saturating environment (carburizer). As a saturating environment in the work there is used a nitrogen-carbon paste on the basis of fine gas black (amorphous carbon ~ 60%) and iron sinergisty potassium ~ 40% with the addition of carbamide (urea) as a nitrogen-containing component. A saturating pasty environment on the basis of soot with nitrogen-containing admixtures (urea and iron sinergisty potassium) is efficient for the surface strengthening treatment of steel products in a wide range of temperatures. Solid carbonitrides arising on the surface of products processed in this environment promote the increase of their wear-resistance and other performance attributes. A carbonitride edge on the surface of steel (20…30) ChGT arising at nitrogen case-hardening in a paste-type carburizer does not decrease wear-resistance, but, at the same time increases working capacity of parts and units and material fatigue resistance

STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF ROBOT MACHINE MECHANISMS WITH PARALLEL KINEMATICS
Robot machines with parallel kinematics belong to a new generation of machine-tools. The properties of these mechatronic machines are defined to a greater extent by a structure of their actuating lever mecha-nisms of a parallel structure (MPS). The purpose of this work is a development of the procedure for a structural analysis of MPS and the assessment of its efficiency. The following problems are under solution: a critical analysis of a problem state; a procedure development and check of its operational capability; a procedure application for certain structures of robot machines. By means of a critical analysis of literary sources there are emphasized three different approaches to the struc-tural analysis of MPS: on the basis of the application of structural formulae, theory of closed groups of screws, test lists of mechanism functioning principles. All known procedures have a common drawback – one-sided view upon a mechanism structure. A procedure for the structural analysis of MPS based on the presentation of the mechanism by a machine sub-system, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, - by a system with a hierarchical structure is developed. From a great number of known descriptions of mechanism structures there is formed a totality of structural models adapted to MPS different in the level of decomposition and a principle of formation. The algorithm of a structural analysis consists in the choice from this totality most suitable structural models for the synthesis and, accordingly, for the analysis of the mechanism under consideration and the fulfillment for them the following actions: a) system decomposition and the definition of the properties of components; b) system composition with the definition of mechanism properties as a whole. The authenticity of research results is confirmed by their adequate coincidence with known solutions obtained for existing mechanisms

SIMULATORS FOR CALIBRATION OF TOOL CENTER OF INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS
A complex of measures on a new robot tooling envisages a fulfillment of the calibration procedure of the tool before its use in an operation. It is necessary for that the system of industrial robot control could carry out a tool travel in a robot operation space in the correct way. For that purpose the simulators describing coordinate transformations in this robot model must be supplemented by a simulator developed for the tool determined. Simulators describing coordinate trans-formations for a tool are created by a system of control automatically at the fulfillment of a tool calibration before the introduction of a new tool in operation. The simulators created are saved in permanent memory (ROM) of a controller of the control system in a tool library with the indication of logical naming for this tool. In the following at the pro-gramming of industrial robot motion a tool installed on a robot is pointed out to the system of control by means of logical naming a tool chosen.
This paper reports the simulators for the tool center calibration of industrial robots corresponding to the methods used most commonly in practice of indus-trial robot operation. The simulators obtained can be used in systems for industrial robot control

IMPROVEMENT OF HARD-ALLOY END COMPOUND MILLER
The paper reports the concept, the methodology and results of the investigation of possibilities in the ap-plication of compound hard-alloy end millers equally with monolithic ones. It is shown that in the majority of operation conditions for general mechanical engineering the compound millers ensure the reduction of tool costs in the cost price of a product at the expense of tool hard alloy saving through manufacturing a miller shank with the use of cheaper material and a place of joining a shank and a cutting element ensures miller operation on high performance modes of cutting without detriment to productivity and machining quality. Material costs at the expense of the reduction of tool hard alloy used are de-creased by 30-70% depending on material of a shank and a miller length. The example of compound miller design is presented. The method and results of the deformation computer simulation of such a miller under different operation conditions, error values in machining with a compound miller are illustrated

ALGORITHM OF AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF MACHINE UTILIZATION CONTROL
IN SMALL-LOT PRODUCTION OF ELECTRONICS PRODUCTS
The object of research is industrial enterprises with successive temporal and cellular spatial structure of production organization which is common for prin-ciples of small-lot production. The purpose of the work is the development of an algorithm for automated ma-chine utilization intended for small-lot production. In the paper there was used an apparatus of the theory of mass service, methods of global search optimization, an additive method of criteria compression. On the basis of the algorithm there is developed a software which includes a visual presentation of the procedure of product manufacturing, a possibility of production correction taking into account definite conditions and limitations imposed on the production process

GENERATION AND METHODS FOR VIBRO-ACOUSTIC ACTIVITY DECREASE
IN GASCOMPRESSOR UNITS WITH GAS TURBINE DRIVE
Block-modular gas compressor units (GCU) of a container type with an aircraft and ship gas-turbine drive – a power source of vibration and noise pollution of environment.
Their basic inner sources – gas turbine engine and a centrifugal compressor. Besides, to power noise sources in the structure of GCU belong multiplier, an air cleaner of the air inlet system, an exhaust shaft, section walls of an engine and a compressor.
A gas turbine engine and a compressor define mainly a distant sound field and the rest of noise sources – near-in one.
A complex modernization of such plants may be carried out on the basis of the investigations of the level of vibrations and noise of all elements of such units.
With this purpose there were carried out inves-tigations of vibro-acoustic characteristics of GCU of GCU-16MG type with the capacity of 16 MW where as a drive of the centrifugal compressor of 370-18-1 NZL type serves a ship convertible engine of DG-90 type produced by “Zarya” Co.
Noise sources and vibrations of blade machines are studied, their vibro-acoustic characteristics are ana-lyzed and methods for the decrease of vibro-acoustic activities of GCUs of such a type are offered

STEAM TURBINE DEVELOPMENT FOR SUPERCRITICAL STEAM PARAMETER
The paper reports the expediency and substantiation of the necessity for the gradual transition to power units on supercritical stream parameters in world power engineering. Basic stages in the development of steam turbine manufacturing with supercritical steam parameters are considered. The parameter increase at the input makes a profound impact upon the design of a flowing part of turbines. To operate a great difference in enthalpies in a cylinder without changing stages number one has to modernize them and sometimes to change the design completely. In the paper there is considered the expediency of the application of axial high-loaded stages developed by the Polytechnics of Leningrad (LPI). There are also described the stages of designing steam turbine plants with critical and supercritical steam parameters at the input in a turbine. As an example there is analyzed SKR-100-300 steam turbine with the initial steam parameters of 29.4MPa and 650S. The results of solution computations directed to the efficiency increase of a regulatory stage of K-300-240 steam turbine with supercritical parameters of 580C and 29.0 MPa are presented. The application as a profile of an impeller the blade design of LPI allows increasing turbine plant efficiency in a wide range of mode parameters and also reducing a general number of turbine stages

WITH INTERMEDIATE LINK
The investigations carried out deal with the reg-ularity study in the distribution of shock pulse energy at multiple procedures of loading. The experimental researches were carried out on the specially developed test bench in which under all waveguides (or tools) of the shock system there were situated independently (separately) sensors connected with an oscilloscope registering parameters of a shock pulse (a form, ampli-tude, duration).
As a result it was determined that the increase of the eccentricity in the symmetry axis location of a head and a waveguide (or a tool) and their number in the shock system contributes to the reduction of an energy portion sent to the deformation source. The application of multi-contact schemes of loading allows sending large total energy of a shock pulse to the deformation source to accept conditions of experiment fulfillment.
At that the energy portion of a shock pulse fall-ing to each waveguide (or a tool) in the multicontact scheme as compared with the single-contact one de-creases (for rod-formed waveguides by 20%, and for spherical tools – by 15%) at the installation of each subsequent waveguide (or a tool) in the shock system

M.V. Zernin. CRACK RESISTANCE OF BABBIT B83
Babbit 83 crack resistance test in accordance with SSR 25-506-85 was carried out. By finite element method there were defined values of stress intensity factors in flat samples with a grown crack. The fracture viscosity characteristics of babbit are obtained. On the basis of a macro-fractographic analysis of wear fractures of a babbit sample and a finite element procedure for the definition of values of stress intensity factors the char-acteristics of cyclic crack resistance are obtained. It is shown that a final fracture is realized at 3 ÌÏà , and a transition from an elastic stage to the stage elasto-plastic development of a crack is realized at 2,0…2,8 ÌÏà .

STRESS-STRAINED STATE OF BABBIT LAYERS WITH CRACKS
A finite element procedure for calculated inves-tigations of SSS at a crack tip in a babbit layer is creat-ed. The procedure is adjusted for bimetal cylindrical sample loaded according to a circuit of bending with rotation. The dependences for stress intensity factors are obtained and it is shown that accuracy of such modeling is higher than in procedure options used ear-lier. A set of computations for samples with some cracks in a layer is carried out. The criteria of crack separation into independent and interacted are revealed. The results of the work will be used for the further adjusted analysis of experiments and for the formation of dependences in a cyclic crack resistance of babbit layers. The procedure shown and results can be useful for other objects with layers applied on a more solid basis

ERGONOMICS AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
OF ROAD-BUILDING MACHINE OPERATION
The interconnection of ergonomics factors with performance characteristics of operating efficiency of excavators – const price of product unit taking into account costs of possession (CPEP) is considered. A set of CPEP computations for a variable level of ergo-nomic factors is carried out. A work cycle time period for an excavator with the mass of 20t reasoning from technical potentialities makes from 6 10 sec which is considerably less of a time period spent actually. Time losses depend on the perfection degree in a control system of a machine defining a value of operation speed decrease by an operator and demand in a multi-stage positioning of a bucket cutting face. Time losses in a work cycle can be presented as depending upon a value of speed decrease of working equipment motion and time loss for control switching in the course of which working equipment is stationary. For the CPEP definition a list of initial data is necessary a part of which depends upon current conditions of machine operation that makes impossible obtaining this infor-mation without use of systems of an automated infor-mation collection and information processing (monitoring systems).
A level of ergonomic properties of a specific machine can be assumed as unchangeable but an operator, at the expense of his individuality, introduces instability into efficiency indices. At the possibility of control of time losses for the management in a real time mode (as a number of other indices) provided with a joint functioning of automated control systems and monitoring systems it is possible to give an assessment to the undisclosed potential of efficiency and competitive ability of machine use

HISTORICAL REVIEW OF DESIGN DEVELOPMENT OF MOTOR CAR GEARBOXES
The paper reports the review in the development of motor car gearbox design. The main task consists in the detection of the reasons for changes in gearbox design for the definition of the field for gearbox sub-stantiated application in motor car design.
In the main part the advantages and shortcom-ings of manual, automated, infinitely variable and automatic gearboxes are under consideration. There are shown and analyzed functional diagrams of gearbox designs considered.
In the conclusion it is pointed out that the most promising design of a gearbox is a robot gearbox with two clutches allowing the assurance of the absence of power flow break; the smoothness of gear shifts and smoothness of motion; comfort of control; high fuel efficiency; high traction-dynamic characteristics

OF MOVING OBJECT HASHING
The paper deals with the study of one of the ur-gent problems of real time applications in which ob-jects have spatial and temporal dependences. With the development of wireless communication and position-ing technologies the problem of storage in a database and indexing a large quantity of moving objects be-comes urgent. In this paper there is offered an idea based on the method of hashing allowing the consider-able decrease of the quantity of database updates and the fulfillment of an indexing procedure possible. The paper reports the following basic approaches to the solution of the problem mentioned: a hashing; LP-layer; a division of space into blocks; coverings be-tween blocks; the use of a dynamic update of blocks, and also combinations of approaches.
In order to draw conclusions of efficiency of hash-functions offered there was carried out a work on the experimental assessment of methods mentioned. The results of the comparison of methods are presented according to different criteria: productivity, a quantity of database updates, amount of disk memory pages used. COMPUTATION COMPLEXITY DECREASE IN MACHINE EXPERIMENTS
AT VERIFICATION OF CRYPTOGRAPHIC ALGORITHMS
The problem of obtaining a set of samples for the assessment of cryptographic algorithms quality on the basis of statistical tests use is considered. New properties of Markov binary chains taking into account dependences of probabilities of binary vectors with different length are described. The analytical expressions allowing the computation of dependences of range limits in values of probabilities of multidimen-sional binary random values upon probabilities of binary random values with smaller dimension are of-fered. The reasons for the necessity of an additional procedure of rejection at the simulation of the realiza-tion of Markov binary processes are defined. A method for the directed search of probability values of sets in the distribution of Markov binary sequences allowing the generation of ergodic binary random sequences that allows refusing completely the procedure of rejection is considered. An algorithm realizing a mentioned method possessing a lowered computational complexity in comparison with the well-known algorithms for the organization of a computational experiment on the investigation of statistical properties of binary random sequences is presented

INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ON-LINE MONITORING OF DATA
OF STOCK MARKET AND INVESTIMENT CONTROL
The purpose of this paper was the identification of basic problem moments connected with the pro-cessing of information obtained from a stock market and also an offer for their overcome with the aid of automated program complex. Basic principles of a subject field functioning are described, the analysis of its state is given, the moments connected directly with the acceleration of the process of engineering-economic data processing are described. On the basis of the analysis of a subject field there was drawn a conclusion on a relevance of the problem under consideration. For the work within the limits of the problems specified there was widely used a methodology for management decision-making support and a theory of data parallel processing. Besides the consideration of theoretical aspects of a program complex functioning corresponding to the parameters specified in the paper there is shown directly a process of designing an information system for investment management. A structural circuit of the complex and also a flow chart of each module used – database, a data provider and data handler is presented. The efficiency of methodological and ma-thematical principles used of the information system functioning for the engineering-economic data processing is substantiated. The paper shows the process of the development of a new information technology from the definition of the problem requiring a solution up to the formation of an integral complex. In the end a conclusion is drawn on a correspondence of the methods used to those processes within the limits of which a program system should function

TYPOLOGICAL APPROACH TO QUALITY LEVEL DEFINITION
OF OBJECTS AND PROCESSES IN ORGANIZATION SYSTEM CONTROL
The purpose of this work consists in the presen-tation of the results of the theoretical generalization of the problem in the quality level definition in processes and objects of arbitrary origin with the use of a typo-logical approach as a basis of control in organization systems.
In the investigation there were used methods of a system analysis, a mathematical modeling of multi-parametric social objects, methods of a structural anal-ysis and also a methodology of a universal quality management (UQM).
Investigation results. A multidimensional in-formation object space of matrices of groups of quality indices is considered, a generalized model of a two-dimensional matrix of relations of quality indices parameters in Cartesian coordinates is presented, quality indices are shown and their application for adaptive marketing control is shown, a procedure for the quality assessment of objects with the aid of models of a neuro-network typification is offered, and the expediency of basic directions realization in strategy of quality control regarding the set of objects and processes of an organization system under analysis is also substantiated. As an example there is considered a neuro-network approach at the typification of engineering positions in modern mechanical engineering and procedures on the basis of a competence approach of the identification process of young specialists with available vacant seats.
Conclusions. The quality parameters are a com-plex category in control of objects/processes and can be considered as a general methodological approach to the control of different organization systems. At the same time there can be used simulators of quality me-tering and typification, and also clusterization and grouping quality indices with the aid of which it is pos-sible to ensure efficiently enough the realization of the identification procedure of objects/processes on quality indices with the application of neuro-network models

PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT FOR IMAGE IDENTIFICATION
ON PICTURE BASED ON STRUCTURAL APPROACH
The paper deals with the object identification in the picture based on a structural approach. The analysis of existing methods is presented and a new procedure of image identification with the use of a structural approach is shown.
In the introduction there is described a signifi-cance of picture decoding and a concept of a structure in the picture is designated.
The analysis of such a structural approach to image identification in a picture as a symbolic descrip-tion which is a transition from the simplest signs of a picture to a set of graphic symbols. The second struc-tural method analyzed in the paper is a syntactic ap-proach to the image description. Here the whole picture is divided up to the simplest elements. The elementary graphic primitives are emphasized which make a pic-ture. And further the objects of the picture are de-scribed by a set of primitives. The regulation for the description of an object as a chain of primitives sets with the aid of the so-called language grammar of im-age description. Merits and demerits of existing struc-tural methods are described, one of which is a com-plexity of object description on the picture of a real world. The offer on the necessity of the development of a new method taking into account the signs of really existing object and also describing objects in a formal view is put forward.
In the basic part a developed procedure defining objects in the picture as a specified polychromatic multitude emphasizing such properties as a significance of brightness, an object position and a number of additional characteristics is described. The definition of objects in the picture takes place by means of the creation of a structured description of known objects of the picture the identification on the basis of the use of a neuronet approach and a specification of the structure of objects found. As a result of the identification according to this procedure there is obtained a multitude of objects which was necessary to identify in the picture presented in a structural form. Such an approach can be used for various level of hierarchy at the description of objects in the picture it also allows taking into account not only brightness characteristics and a form, but a number of additional signs of objects.

OF PARTS GRINDING QUALITY USING NEURONET TECHNOLOGIES
An intelligent analysis and processing of data files of amplitude and phase channels of eddy current testing in parts grinding with the use of neural networks of the structure of a multilayer perceptron was considered. The modeling of a neural network of the structure of a multilayer perceptron is carried out which is a solution of the problem of large data files processing regarding quality of parts allowing the crea-tion of a more efficient automated system of monitor-ing and the connection in a single information area of the subsystem of parts control, control and manage-ment of a technological system, the decrease of cost price of quality control, the coverage of a larger sam-pling volume of parts under control and the increase the efficiency of a technological system control in manufacturing high-accuracy bearing parts.

Support of efficiency and high quality of a set of entrants is among the priority tasks facing the Bryansk state technical university. In the modern conditions one of the main sources of information on higher education institution for entrants is the official web site of higher education institution. The qualitative website having the modern interface providing a possibility of comfortable viewing from any, including mobile devices, containing exhaustive information and realizing the thought-over system of navigation according to documents will promote increase in interest in higher education institution from potential entrants and, as a result, to increase in efficiency and quality of a set. In article requirements to the visual interface of the web site "BGTU — the Entrant" are created and decisions which were the basis for development of the website for the purpose of support of the specified requirements are described. ALGORITHMS OF CLUSTERING AT DECODING PHOTOES
OF UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES (DRONES)
The procedures and algorithms automating a process of a multilevel subject decoding are of particular interest. In the paper there is described a development of algorithms for automatic object identification on the basis of clustering. In the investigation the algorithm for a cluster analysis of AKM (improved of k- means) which allows identifying first an object in the picture and then highlighting it graphically is used. This algorithm is formed on the basis of the k-means al-gorithm allowing the fulfillment of a rapid cluster analysis. The improvement of AKM algorithm consists in a possibility of the computation of an optimum cluster number at a specified maximum cluster number.
The accuracy of the results of subject decoding is as-sessed. One of the methods for the assessment of relia-bility is a statistic assessment of picture decoding reli-ability. For this it is necessary to create a matrix of errors at cluster definition and to calculate accuracy. It is possible to use a method of cross-tabulation for the presentation of pixels defined correctly in an obtained subject map of forest roads and a map formed on the basis of UAV pictures and data of ground investiga-tions. A general accuracy of object decoding as a re-sult of the work of AKM algorithm and a procedure of UAV picture processing of forest roads characterizes a degree of reliability as a high one.
The options for the further improvement of a procedure and algorithms are offered.

OF EXISTING AND AUTOMATED GENERATION OF NEW FINITE ELEMENTS
The work purpose: a systematic (constant) clas-sification of finite elements for designation unity, the exclusion of repeated investigations and results dupli-cating.
Methods. A decimal nomenclature dncmkot code for finite elements is offered. It is based on the geometry and structure presentation of
node coordinates by integral (whole) parame-ters: d – dimensionality, n – nodes number, c – parameter defining a structure of node coordinates, for example, coordinates number in a node, m – number of interpolation polynomials of an element. For more complicated elements the application of additional parameters is possible. To this there are added of an element physical functional: k – order of senior derivative upon which depends a sub-integral expression of a physical functional, t – additional pa-rameter-type.
Results. There is offered an algorithm allowing calculating functions of an element form, its matrix of rigidity and others through dncmkot code. The corre-spondence of the finite elements set from ANSYS software to their codes according to the classification offered is shown. The examples of new elements crea-tion on the basis of the classification offered are pre-sented.
Conclusion: the classification offered allows de-scribing unambiguously existing finite elements and also creating in an automated way new ones according to dncmkot code

CONCEPT OF TECHNOLOGICAL WAY AS MODERN CONTINUATION
OF THEORY OF LONG CYCLES IN ECONOMY
The paper reports the concept of a technological way as an urgent and empirically substantiated continuation of the well-known theory of long waves in economy. The theory of long waves allows predicting on an empirical level world economic crises and an economic growth on the horizon for 50 years. The genesis of the theory of long waves by means of retrospective author’s classification of theories of long waves in accordance with technological, economic, institutional, administrative and social signs is analyzed. A basic range of authors having formed a modern and urgent theory of long waves which is verified by time and supported by empirical computations is presented by N.D. Kondratiev, G. Mensch, J. Dossy, Ch. Peres, S.Yu. Glaziev. The concept of a technological way being empirically confirmed by the continuation of the theory of long waves was formed by Academician Glaziev. In this concept there are revealed basic statement-laws and also the necessity of methodological approaches in technological, economic, institutional, administrative and sociological fields. The logic of the formation and interaction of technological totality is described thoroughly. The conclusions of technological way existence are drawn. Technological innovations defining the formation of the core of a technological way and revolutionizing a technological structure of economy have obtained a name of a “key factor”. Nanotechnologies are such a factor at present and for the prospect of 50 years. ASSESSMENT AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
IN COMPLIANCE ACTIVITY PROCESSES
In the paper the assessment of the efficiency in a compliance activity process is considered. The peculi-arity of this investigation is the integration of current procedures of quality management with quality meter-ing regulations. The range of quality indices in a com-pliance activity is offered. The assessment of compli-ance activity quality is offered for carrying out through the method of the formation of the generalized (com-plex) quality index with the use of quality metering regulations. A complex index is calculated according to the data of process monitoring in accordance with the principle of weighted average. An approach to the set-ting of planned values of quality indices is offered. The recommendations are given for the application of an expert method for the definition of factors of value weightiness. A scale for the interpretation of assess-ment results is shown. The introduction of critical val-ues of quality indices for the recalculation of an effi-ciency assessment obtained with the use of a veto fac-tor is offered.

METHODOLOGY IN ASSESSMENT OF OPERATOR ACTIVITY
IN MAN-MACHINE SYSTEMS
In the paper the methodology in the assessment of operator activities in man-machine systems is of-fered. The approach offered is directed to the solution of the contradiction between the definition of qualify-ing requirements to operator activity in indices of its quality and existing methods ensuring the assessment of the functional efficiency of activity. The indices of the quality assessment of operator activity and charac-teristics of qualifying requirements for operators of “man-machine” systems are defined. In the paper there is shown a structural chart of a program complex for the assessment of operator activity quality. Methods of a statistical modeling suitable for the solution of the problem of accuracy increase in the assessment of operator activities quality are considered. Basic requirements and assumptions used in the course of the formation of a model of the operator activity and assessment of its quality are defined. The assessments of quality indices of operator activity obtained on the model can be specified using various procedures increasing the efficiency of statistical method modeling. A statistical modeling allows imitating the activity processes actually without limitation of the amount of factors taken into account and without demanding the presentation of inves-tigated dependences in an actual view regarding a desired variable. SOME POSSIBILITIES OF DYNAMICAL VIBRATION DAMPING IN SYSTEMS WITH SEVERAL DEGREES OF FREEDOM
A method of dynamic vibration damping in me-chanical oscillatory systems with several degrees of freedom is offered. The mathematical model of the system is represented in the form of structural scheme the equivalent in a dynamic relation to the automatic control system. The system contains device for con-verting the motion in the form of lever mechanisms containing focused additional masses. The possibilities of changing the dynamic properties of the system by using lever mechanisms and the additional ties in the form of gear connections of the elements system are shown. A method of constructing mathematical models and technology analysis of dynamic properties at kinematic excitation of system is proposed. The system of evaluation of the dynamic properties of the system in regimes of dynamic vibration damping simultaneously on two coordinates based on the use of transfer functions and analysis of structural scheme is offered.
