CONTROL OF PART SURFACE PARAMETER QUALITY DURING PRO-CESSING WITH SURFACE PLASTIC DEFORMATION
In the paper there is offered a scientifically sub-stantiated approach to the techniques of the formation of naturally changing quality parameters of parts sur-faces which ensures a uniformity of operation proper-ties of surfaces at the operation under heterogeneous conditions on the basis of the natural control of ma-chining modes on NC machines. The program man-agement methods in the formation of naturally chang-ing quality of parts surfaces by the example of techno-logically flexible systems of the processing with a sur-face plastic deformation are considered. There are pre-sented dependences allowing the definition of pro-cessing factor values to ensure changing quality pa-rameters. The results of the process control in the for-mation of roughness parameters of a flat surface ac-cording to a trapezoidal law of load changes at dia-mond burnishing and also at the expense of the mechanism of technological inheritance of quality parameters obtained at the stage of the preliminary milling with composite 10 are presented

The solution of the problem to ensure stability at cutting is connected with the matter of the identification of system dynamic parameters. There are some possible ways to solve the problem of identification: an experimental modal analysis (EMA) and an analytical method. At EMA fulfillment one defines a response of the system to a known excita-tion. But for a number of systems it is impossible to define an initial excitation. In this case the dynamic parameter identification is carried out by means of an operation modal analysis.
In this study within the limits of the operation modal analysis a search of natural oscillation frequen-cies is carried out with the use of the singular decom-position method in a frequency area of the matrix of a mutual spectral density of signals. The definition of a damping level is supposed to be more complicated in connection with the sensitivity of a relative damping coefficient to limitations imposed on computations. For instance, the application of initial signal filtering may result in a considerable error in the further computations. But, it is well-known, that the dependence of singular values upon oscillation frequency behaves in the same way as a transfer function of the system. Upon this particular phenomenon is based an approach to the definition of coefficients of a relative damping.
The algorithm presented is used first for the analysis of the oscillation system model of two con-nected oscillators with the purpose of a method cor-rectness assessment. The dynamic parameters of the system are defined first in an analytical way, and then the inverse problem of the system identification is solved according to a known signal of vibration accel-eration. At the second stage a dynamic system is identified during the milling.

MODEL OF ADAPTIVE FORMATION OF EDUCATIONAL PATH TAKING INTO ACCOUNT STUDENTS’ INDIVIDUAL PECULIA
The paper is formed with the purpose of the model creation of educational path adaptive formation having taken into account individual peculiarities of students. In this paper basic pedagogical approaches and principles are analyzed thoroughly, a topicality of the subjects chosen in current educational realities is revealed. To support their thoughts the authors present the results of present-day economic-psychological and ergonomic investigations. Simulators for the work with pupils are shown: it is defined that for each pupil there are states more preferable in a probabilistic sense, there are less preferable and unlikely. A matrix of state change probabilities characterizes reactions of a pupil (that is to say his psychological aim) to the process of training. As an example there are considered one-step matrices of the transition for different groups of pupils which differ according to the aim for the perception of new educational information. In the paper the educational information mastering is modeled as a process of teacher’s didactic frame “mass service” with the memory of a pupil. Besides, in a visual way there are presented the results of modeling a process of pupil’s adaptation to the newly identified knowledge as a ho-mogeneous markov process. A structural functional circuit of the model of educational path adaptive for-mation is shown taking into account individual psychological peculiarities of students, the assessment of its efficiency for the solution of real educational problems is carried out

RATED ASSESSMENT FOR FUNCTION STABILITY OF TELE-COMMUNICATION NETWORK BASED ON LOGIC-PROBABALISTIC
AND NEURO-FUZZY APPROACHES
The paper reports the description of the applica-tion of the approaches presented for a work with the corporate computer network. The requirements to the administrative-engineering support of stable function-ing communication networks for common use estab-lished through two basic aspects: integrity and stability are described. In this paper as an object of investiga-tions there is considered a corporate tele-communication network distributed in the Bryansk region. The subject of investigations is durability (coef-ficient of efficient readiness) of the Western trunk of the network at thunderstorm impact. The consequences of the impact of external destabilizing factors upon the communication network according to the level of damage obtained are classified. For computations of coefficients of efficient readiness of end points at thunderstorm impacts a neuro-fuzzy approach was also used as a basis of which served a principle of retrospective imitation with self-instruction of extrapolative algorithms. As initial data for check-up the efficiency of models and methods used there is taken a fuzzy number of indices of thunderstorms duration in the course of the last 20 years for each end point (beginning since 1996). At the end of the paper the conclusion is drawn on the adequacy of models created to problems under solution and conclusions in accordance with the data file processed are presented

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN QUALITY SYSTEMS OF ENTERPRISES
This paper aims the consideration of knowledge management processes in quality systems of enterpris-es. A regulatory framework which serves as a basis for the operation of the system of knowledge management is considered thoroughly. Conceptual principles used at the formation of similar systems are emphasized. The realization of a conceptual approach is completed with the development of the conceptual project of the system containing the definition of a system, functions, structure and basic regulations on the creation of a similar system at an enterprise. To realizes a process approach in the paper it is offered to introduce a concept of a process-directed card of knowledge which should be developed for each process defined in the process register of the quality system of an institution. A functional structural diagram of a standard knowledge card is also shown in this paper. The realization of the process approach is completed with the development of the procedure of designing process-directed knowledge cards and documentation on their registration organization at an enterprise in the system of quality management. Besides, there is shown a structural diagram of the automated system for knowledge management, and also conclusions on the efficiency of similar approach use for the solution of real management problems in social and economic systems have been drawn

INTELLIGENT DATA PROCESSING IN PROBLEM OF ECONOMIC
STATISTICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMATIZATION
The purpose of this paper is a description of fundamental moments in the course of obtaining and processing economic statistical information. Besides, in this paper there is offered an information system allowing the negotiation of basic problems arising during the work with large data files on stock quotations in a stock market. Basic principles of an intelligent approach to large data file processing are described, the analysis of a current state of a subject field is given. On the basis of the investigation the conclusions on a topicality of the problem under consideration have been drawn, and basic approaches to its solution are defined. For the work within the limits of problems set there was widely used a methodology and theory of intelligent data processing both a text format, and a numerical one. In addition to the consideration of theoretical aspects in the functioning of a software complex meeting parameters specified in the paper the process of designing an information system for the carrying out a thorough analysis of statistical information is manifested. The paper reports the structural scheme of a complex and also a flow block describing thoroughly functions of the developed automated system. The efficiency of used methodological and mathematical principles of information system functioning for statistic data processing is substantiated. At the end of the paper there is drawn a conclusion on a correspondence of methods used to those processes within the limits of which a software system has to function

ECONOMIC-PSYCHOLOGICAL PECULIARITES OF CHANGES IN LEVEL OF IN-TELLECTUAL CAPITAL OF RIVAL ENTERPRISES
The purpose of this paper is a presentation of simulators and methodological approaches to the measurement of the level of intellectual capital of rival enterprises. The principles of modern innovation busi-ness are considered key factors for competitive ability increase are shown: intellectualization of economy and optimization of all processes at enterprises. In the paper the company personnel place is analyzed thoroughly, and also personnel intellectual potential in the course of the formation of competitive innovation environment for the formation of new subjects of economy and for the development of those ones already functioning. The idea of “intellectual capital level” is introduced for imparting to the category under analysis a managerial direction. This integral index defining a competitive ability of an enterprise unifying intellectual potential formed of human, infrastructural and market assets and intellectual property and a result of its realization expressed with value added during the period under assessment. DEFORMATION AT EMERGENCY OCCURRENCE AS LOCAL DESTRUCTION
An algorithm for finite element modeling in a geometrically and physically nonlinear setting of flat steel frames under conditions of local damages at emergencies is developed. A computer procedure is formed on the basis of Newmark method by means of the formation at each stage in the integration of equilibrium equations of a discrete structure at a deformed state taking into account a tangent of a stiffness matrix and a stability matrix. The elasto-plastic behavior of materials with the use of the condition of the possibility of plastic joint formation is taken into account. The simulation of a bearing system state at the moment of a local damage is carried out with the aid of dynamic relaxation.
A numerical integration is carried out without realization of inner cycles of nonlinear problem solu-tions which ensures the efficient functioning of an iter-ation procedure. On the basis of the algorithm offered the durability of a three-span steel frame of a building framework is under investigation. Frame bearing ca-pacity increase with the aid of a girder of cover is fore-seen. Destruction conditions of separate supporting units of a structure and local destructions of the second storey posts are under consideration. The diagrams of deformation and areas of the plastic joint formation at obtaining maximum values of vertical displacement are shown

MICRO-STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN STEEL 45 CAUSED BY WAVE
The application of surface plastic deformation (SPD) for the formation of a heterogeneous structure became possible with the advent of wave strain strengthening (WSS). In contrast to well-known SPD methods this method allows ensuring a required law of the distribution of solid and viscous areas at a large depth and ensures the absence of a sharp boundary between the areas with different hardness and viscosity which excludes stress concentration and does not cause micro-cracks nucleation. Earlier, with the aid of WSS one managed to increase a resistance to a contact crumbling by a factor of three – five times, and a breaking point – up to 8% on flat samples of steel 45. In the work there were carried out investigations of micro-structural changes occurred at different uniform-ities of the wave strain strengthening on flat samples of steel 45. As a result of investigations it was established that in a surface layer from the side of a deformation source with the increase of strengthening uniformity (from K = 0.2 up to K = 0.8), because of the increase of deformation impact density per unit area of a surface the thickness decrease of the visible grain deformation area takes place. The thickness increase of visible grain deformation area on the opposite (back) side begins with the value of K = 0.6 and higher. At WSS with surpassing K=0.2; 0.4, on the back side at K=0.8 there is arisen a formation of fibrous textured structure in which grains are unfolded to the angle of 38-41º. At the wave strain strengthening with K=0.4 there is deter-mined a formation of globular ferrite in a surface layer

PREDICTION OF POTENTIALLY UNRELIABLE POWER MODULES
FOR LEAKAGE CURRENT CHANGES BASED ON MONTE CARLO METHOD
Power modules continue to occupy a leading place in the structures of mechatronics systems. A gravity of fields of power modules use defines directly the significance and depth of measures directed to the increase of quality and reliability of their manufactur-ing. This paper reports the updated method offered to increase reliability of power modules by means of po-tentially unreliable device rejection already at the stage of their manufacturing. For that, there is considered a computation of probable characteristics by Monte Carlo method by the basic element – reverse current according to which one defines device fitness. The prognostication is offered for the definition of po-tentially unreliable devices by leakage current growth on a crystal in the course of assembly.
The application of the method offered will allow increasing labour productivity and quality of the rejection of potentially unreliable devices up to 99.98%. The method considered is more informative and accurate in comparison with the existing method of diagnostics on the basis of electro-thermal training.
