V.M. Pashkevich.COMPUTER ACCURACY CONTROL OF WORM GEAR
ASSEMBLAGE AND RUNNING-IN
The paper reports the consideration of problems in worm gear assemblage accuracy formation. Draw-backs of the painting method used for the control of assemblage accuracy are considered in the paper. A method for the assemblage quality assessment using a spectral conversion of a worm gear kinematic error and digital filtering its separate components is offered. A tie of defective gear progressive wear with the intensi-fication in the spectrum of a kinematic error of compo-nents divisible by a toothed one is described. The in-vestigation results of the assemblage process with the use of a computer system developed in Belarusian-Russian University are shown. The behavior of spectral components of a kinematic error in gears with the in-creased noise level, vibrations is described There are presented recommendations to ensure worm gear as-semblage accuracy at the stages of initial and final control.

ANALYSIS OF LASER-HYBRID WELDING IN PRODUCTION ENVIRONM

IMPACT OF CUTTING FORCE RADIAL COMPONENT AND TOOL MANDREL
GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS UPON ITS POSITION IN MACHINE SPINDLE
The investigation results of accuracy and angu-lar rigidity of the “spindle-tool” subsystem with the use of a finite-element model taking into account errors of the basing cone of mandrels and design peculiarities are presented. A number of experiments allowed draw-ing the following conclusions:
1. The presence of the band with the width of 5... 10 mm slightly affects mandrel axial movements. A band width increase (up to 25 mm) results in the in-crease of axial movements. In such a way, in case of technological necessity of band manufacturing a band width should not exceed 5…10mm, it may be located in the middle of the tapered surface or moved in the direction of a larger diameter.
2. The angular rigidity of a tapered joint has a non-linear character of changes caused by the action of the cutting force radial component within the limits up to 1000 N. At the further force increase up to 2000 N the angular rigidity of the “spindle – tool” subsystem increases according to the linear law. At the presence of angular errors obtained by the decrease of diameters D and d the rigidity decreases by ~ 4 times

REGRESSION FUNCTIONS AND LEAST-SQUARES METHOD IN PROBLEMS
OF PARAMETRIC MODELING IN INFORMATION EXCHANGE SYSTEMS
BY ACOUSTIC SIGNALS
This paper reports the solution investigations of dependencies recovery problems through the method of regression function formations with the least-squares method. The assessment of acoustic signal parameters by methods of parametric optimization is considered. Regulation methods at the solution of ill-conditioned problems of linear regression dependences recovery are under consideration. The identification problems of processes and approximation are under investigation. The investigation object is acoustic signals. The purpose of the work consists in the development of a signal parametric model and also in that of algorithms for the identification and assessment of processes against a background of interference.
Dependences recovery by methods of a linear regression and also belongs to the class of ill-conditioned problems. The incorrectness of a linear regression is explained by a possible growth of an error in continuous metrics, despite the fact that in a discrete metrics an error tends to zero.
A peculiarity of the generalization, based on the method of regression and least squares, consists in the realization of operators manifesting discrete data in the space of continuous or piecewise-continuous functions.
The obtained results on the development of methods and algorithms, directed on the recovery of smooth functions according to discrete data, open po-tentialities for the solution of problems of local pro-cessing and smoothing both stationary signals and non-stationary ones, the problems of the analysis of acoustic signals and speech dynamics, problems of the analysis of multi-extreme dependences

DESIGN OF AIRCRAFT PRODUCT IN ENVIRONMENT
OF SOLIDWORKS GEOMETRICAL SOLID STATE MODELING
The paper is dedicated to the scientific-methodical aspect of material presentation for carrying out a graphic work of “Development of assembly unit design documentation for aircraft products”. By the specific example there is considered a procedure for training to develop drawings on the basis of 3-D model offered in connection with the necessity of skills acqui-sition of designing already at the initial stage of teach-ing a general engineering subject - “Engineering Graphics”.
The purpose of this work consists in the teach-ing process approach to an engineer’s actual activity. As a method of training there is chosen a circuit: sketch development of a flat contour of “Bell Crank (Supporting Level)”; 3D model creation; drawing development. The work is carried out on the basis of an actual product from the task package for the development of design documentation for aircraft assembly units. The stages of the 3D model development of “Bell Crank” (Supporting Level) product in the environment of SolidWorks software product with design documentation fulfillment in 3D Compass environment are described.
Basic results in future experts’ training with the use of this form of training are reduced to the follow-ing: a field of training at the expense of the introduc-tion of new skills of work with software products is expanded; a basis for the development of electronic design documentation in any software product at the expense of SolidWorks system compatibility with other graphic products is prepared. The method developed is tested during the work with students of “Aircraft and Helicopter Engineering” and “Missile Complexes and Cosmonautics” specialties.
The application of the offered teaching proce-dure contributes to the quality increase in training fu-ture experts in design specialties. The skills obtained at this stage of training may be successfully used at the level of training-research works of senior students

SOFTWARE-BASED REALIZATION OF INFORMATION-MEASURING
CHANNEL FOR EDDY CURRENT CONTROL OF HYBRID
INTELLIGENT MONITORING SYSTEM
The algorithmization with the further software-based realization of eddy current signal processing at the formation of the information measuring channel of the hybrid intelligent system for machine module monitoring is under consideration.
For the automation of control and identification of defects on racer rolling surfaces there is formed a quantitative assessment of parameters controlled on the basis of the training experiment results. In this case at the automation of the quality control system of a surface layer as a training experiment there are data obtained with the aid of the classifier formed on the basis of different alternative methods of crack detection and experts’ opinion.
The operation algorithmization of an infor-mation-measuring channel for eddy current control for surface layer state identification with the formation of reference estimates is carried out; the alphabet of de-fect classes for identification and identification itself of the defect sort allowing the decision-making regarding surface layer quality of a product and the state of a processing system with the development of recommendations to ensure quality of produce which defines an intelligent aspect of the system.
The Amplitude software developed may be used for the information-measuring channel realization of the hybrid intelligent system for the engineering procedure monitoring of racer grinding which will allow increasing production efficiency by means of probabil-ity decrease in wrong decision-making and human fac-tor impact reduction

SOME MODELS OF CERAMIC COMPOSITE MATERIALS STRESS-STRAIN
STATE ASSESSMENT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT TECHNOLOGICAL PORES
Composite materials with a brittle matrix are of interest not only as a matrix material, but also as an independent structural material. The technology of manufacturing these materials introduces imperfections in the form of pores which affect the character of parts deformation at the early stages of operation. That is why in the paper there are offered simulators taking into account the peculiarities of these materials and their impact upon product working capacity is assessed. The process of a slow crack growth (SCG) in porous matrix materials with natural heterogeneities at special ways of loading for the development of methods to define short-term and long-term strength of parts made of matrix material is described. In the paper there are used contact problems for the investigation of ceramic blades for high-temperature turbines. Complex conditions of such blades loading create prerequisites for simulators use which are analyzed in the paper taking into account material porosity

EXCLUSION OF FRIGHT CAR SPONTANEOUS MOTION
IN CASE OF BRAKE DEPLETION
In the design of modern fright cars the automatic indirectly acting brake devices are widespread to change motion modes and fright cars location in park-ing. A substantial drawback of such a brake system is that in case of air leak from the control reservoir at a prolonged park of a single fright car or a group of cars without a locomotive and, hence, at pressure absence of compressed air in a brake conduit a brake dismissal may occur which may result in the spontaneous car motion. In Bunin State University of Yelets there is developed at the level of an invention a promising de-sign of an indirect-acting brake which excludes this drawback and a number of computations is carried out for its efficient design parameter substantiation
