DEVELOPMENT OF METHOD FOR DESIGN OF WORKING TOOL PART FOR MILLING
In the paper there is shown a theoretical analysis of machining patterns of revolution solids with milling cutters. The purpose of this analysis is a study of the well-known methods of rotation solids with machining and their unification into an efficient method for rotation solid machining.
Formulae are presented for the computation of a cutoff thickness and residual irregularities. A method is shown for the computation of a tool tip working part for milling.
Theoretical investigations and a computer simu-lation carried out have shown a possibility to use a developed method of cutter working part computation.
Design data agree completely with simulation ones. The method offered allows calculating a radius of curvature of a cutting edge located at different angles of slope to the rotational axis of a tool intended for machining external and internal cylindrical surfaces by a milling method

IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNOLOGY FOR FINISH ABRASION OF SILICON CARBIDE PLATES
The paper deals with the scientific substantia-tion of directions to improve a finish abrasion of silicon carbide plates, to increase its productivity and produce quality of electronic industry.
On the basis of the technology analysis of sili-con carbide plate finish abrasion used in the CCo. “Sil-icon Group EL”, there was carried out a mathematical modeling of material removal from a blank. As a result it was determined that the finish abrasion productivity of silicon carbide plates is directly proportional to a tool rotation speed and the force of blank pressure to a tool. Besides, a cutting power of a tool (a lap), dimen-sions and a shape of the plate affect to a considerable extent a material removal rate.
The dependence is obtained for the computation of a material removal rate from a blank taking into account basic factors of finish abrasion.
It is shown that the change of a machining procedure by means of the addition of oscillating mo-tions and/or a compulsory rotation of a blank, the ap-plication of a simultaneous double-sided plate machin-ing with the use of steel or cast-iron laps and pastes of super-hard materials are the effective ways for the improvement of this finish abrasion

INVESTIGATION OF HEAVY DUTY SELF-ACTING FLUID FILM BEARING
OF REDUCER OF TURBO-JET BYPASS ENGINE OF NEW GENERATION
FOR SHORT- AND MEAN HAUL CIVIL AVIATION
The object of design is a heavy duty hydrody-namic slider bearing of the reducer for a turbo-jet by-pass engine (TJBE) of a new generation for a short- and mean haul airplane of civil aviation.
The purpose of the work is a working design documentation (WDD) release for slider bearings with antifriction coatings on the basis of metal-polymers, ceramic polymers, composites with the use of quasi-crystals and a development of versions of computation and design patterns on the use of slider bearings with antifriction coatings on the basis of metal-polymers, ceramic polymers or composites with the use of quasi-crystals in satellites (gears) of fan reducers of the family of promising TJBEs for short- mean haul civil aviation (SMHCA).
The designed slider bearings are intended for their use as bearings for idler pinions of the reducer made on a “star” kinematics.
On the basis of computations carried out there was defined a slider bearing design and released WDD for four bearings on a single type-dimensions with dif-ferent antifriction coatings used as bearings for idler pinions for the designed reducer of TJBEs for SMHCA.
But, as it was shown by experience for the suc-cessful parameter optimization of promising heavy duty hydrodynamic slider bearings there is a necessity in a close interconnection between a rated assessment and its experimental testing (at updating tools and methods of both).
As a result of the works carried out there is re-leased WDD for slider bearings with antifriction coat-ings on the basis of meta-polymers, ceramic polymers (silicon carbide, titanium boride) with quasi-crystals and without ones

NETWORK MODEL OF FRIGHT CAR MAINTENANCE WORKS
The purpose of this work is a creation of a net-work model of a technological system for fright car servicing and its parameter definition.
As methods of investigations there is used a mathematical apparatus of the probability theory, networks of mass servicing and random processes.
As a result of this investigation is a structure development of a network model of a function technology of railway stations and car-repair plants at technical servicing fright cars and also a formation of prerequisites for the further investigation of transport-technological complexes.

SUBSTANTIATION AND CHOICE OF WHEEL JUMP MONITORING
The paper reports the consideration of the ap-proach to the pattern choice of a robotic system intended for environment monitoring in places hard-to-reach or dangerous for man. This system is a combined platform consisting of the mechanism of jump realiza-tion (an accelerating module) and a wheel module. For the motion over rough terrain in the platform there is used a wheel module and to overcome obstacles – an accelerating one which allows increasing its flexibility and a speed of displacement. For the choice of a robot kinematics there are developed classifications of possi-ble options of wheel platforms and accelerating mod-ules and also ways for their realization of acceleration on the basis of requirements to them, their analysis is carried out, advantages and drawbacks are defined. As wheel modules there are considered four-wheeled and eight-wheeled platforms both having a possibility to change their structure and without it. The most signifi-cant classification signs of accelerating modules is a type of an accelerating wheel pair (forward or rotating), a possibility to change an angle of acceleration (for modules with a forward pair), a possibility to rotate an accelerating module regarding a body, supporting sur-faces with the aid of which there is carried out a con-tact at acceleration (units of a body and an accelerating module), a type of an accelerating module contact with a surface (a point contact or a distributed one)

MARKOV’S MODEL OF SELF-ORGANIZING SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL ECONOMIC SYSTEM TAKING INTO ACCOUNT TRANSITIONS INTO DIFFERENT STATES
AFFECTED BY INFORMATION FLOWS
The purpose of this work is a model formation of a complex self-organizing system with the use of mathematical apparatus of Markov’s process (Mar-kov’s continuous chains). Usually, in literature one discusses separately models ecological, social and eco-nomic systems. In reality these systems are intercon-nected which is manifested in the paper. The peculiari-ties of complex self-organizing systems are under dis-cussion and on the basis of their peculiarities a chosen simulation method of a system developing under conditions of uncertainty is substantiated. A marked graph of the system in which the states Si of the system are defined on the whole by possible states of elements included in the system. As system transitions from one state into the other takes place under the influence of signal flows, that is, information flows there are intro-duced information flow intensities lji. On the basis of the graph Kolmogorov’s equation set is written the solution of which gives a possibility to determine prob-abilities of the states Ði(t). There is considered a special case when Ði does not change in the course of time (final probabilities), lij = lji = const (for Markov’s ho-mogeneous ergodic process). On the basis of the result analysis there is drawn a conclusion that the changes of the values lij (0 ≤ lij ≤ 1) allow considering different versions of system states on the whole depending on states of its elements. In such a way, it is possible to reveal an unstable state of the system in which minor fluctuations (chances) can transfer it into bifurcation states

ANALYSIS OF SYSTEMS FOR INFORMATION SOLUTION AUTOMATED SUPPORT FOR EXPERTS TRAINING FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTION
The purpose of this work consists in the fulfill-ment of the analysis of existing methods and forms of correspondence between the existing structure of deci-sion-making in an automated way and the form of complexes development which can affect expert train-ing.
The investigation methods are presented by analytical and statistical reliable parameters which are defined in the course of the analytical review of existing and promising technologies.
The investigation results consist in that the re-viewed solutions are formed on potentialities of deci-sion-making automated support which is realized at expert training for digital production. Particular atten-tion is paid tgo the further practical activities of digital production experts in socio-economic environment when each similar system can be a source of expert’s solutions and the amount (and the most significant, distribution) of errors must be reduced to minimum. It is defined that a similar system of interconnection must be realized within the limits of not only closed systems, but also open ones. For training experts in digital production it is necessary to introduce models of IT-management which will allow obtaining an expert able in full measure to carry out his professional activities.
Conclusion: development of the system supporting solutions of an automated type must be carried out in the direction of the introduction of intelligent data

SYSTEM OF INFORMATION SOLUTION AUTOMATED SUPPORT – SINGLE
PLATFORM FOR ORGANIZATION OF TRAINING-DESIGN ACTIVITIES
IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
The purpose of this work consists in time de-crease and quality assurance in experts training for a work under conditions of information-technological environment.
The investigation methods are formed on the use of a system analysis, computer simulation, systems of decision-making support, reference summaries and ontological circuits of presentation for training and activities organization.
The investigation results allowed defining an in-terconnection of nine key moments requiring a new approach to the organization of training and activities at the transition to information technologies and com-puter simulation. On this basis there is created a system of an automated support of information solutions. (Here, under an information support there is implied a process to provide users engaged in “made to order” designing engineering systems using 2D and 3D draw-ing, referenced data, in the fulfillment of engineering computations, visualization and so on).

DEVELOPMENT OF PREDICTION BLOCK ARCHITECTURE OF SYSTEM
FOR COMPLICATED ENGINEERING COMPLEX CONTROL
TThe purpose of the work consists in the perfec-tion of structure and algorithmic support of systems for a complicated engineering complex control and also prediction blocks in their structure.
A structure of intelligent and situation systems of control and also basic aspects of prediction blocks realization have been analyzed. An option of a block to carry out testing is realized with the use of artificial neuronic nets, a method of supporting vectors, genetic algorithms, a particle swarm, a method of basic com-ponents.
The architecture of a prediction system for complicated engineering complex control is developed.
The results of the application of this block real-ized on the basis of INS, a method of supporting vec-tors, a method of basic components, genetic algorithms and a method of the particles swarm for the prediction of electric loss have showed its high efficiency. The realization of control systems with the application of the prediction block developed will allow increasing the efficiency of different complicated engineering complexes control

SCANNER AND SYNTACTIC ANALYZER OF EL LANGUAGE TRANSLATOR
This paper report the consideration of the prob-lem in the realization of multi-paradigm functional-imperative El computer language, the composition and structure of its translator, a short description of vocabulary and language syntax, algorithms and basic functions of a scanner and a syntax analyzer of the translator. The elements of formal definitions of the vocabulary and language syntax are shown which were used for the automated formation of a scanner and a syntax analyzer of the translator in C++ with the use of client-server Webtranslab package.
Basic algorithms of the scanner are described which in this version of the translator performs macro-processing, realizes file inclusions, eliminates all insig-nificant symbol sequences and transforms correct lan-guage words into inner presentation – tokens. The structure of a syntax analyzer performing a top-down analysis and formed as a stack automatic machine with many states and controlled by a current input token and fields of a current state is under considera-tion. The composition of the cell of the automatic machine state and algorithms of its work and also mechanisms of the fulfillment of actions add-in into grammar realizing a functional of a semantic analyzer and a code generator are described. A current state in the realization of two constituents of El translator – a scanner and a syntax analyzer is described.
Investigation methods: a system analysis, com-puter-aided design, meta-languages for definition of lexical and syntax structures.
The investigation results are programs of a scanner and a syntax analyzer of the translator of new functional-imperative El.
The algorithms and programs described in the mentioned work check up syntactical correctness (and lexical one by means of scanner use) of input El pro-gram are constituents of the translator developed in NSTU of new functional-imperative El.

RUSSIAN CHOICE: FROM PERSONAL PROPERTY TO PERSONAL DIGNITY
The problems of Russian economy insufficient effectiveness, a backlog of innovation economy for-mation were most often charged to the consequences of political leadership failures, sanctions impact, to the traditions of a slow Russian nature and other reasons arising from the one-sidedness of investigations, to their linear approach.
To modern science more corresponds a syner-getic approach to study a dynamic behavior of a socio-cultural object – developing man, a proprietor of the own property formed by a new reality. The investigations carried out by us and showed partially in this paper lead to other sources of a great number of Russian problems in economy and socium. The citizens of Russia cannot escape from the captivity of the oligarchial-bureaucratic state realizing alien to us a pseudo-liberal model of the development with the predominance of private property and values of consumerism. They have nothing to choose from: they personal property is neither included into a legal area, nor into a sphere of national economy. Therefore, the programs of “imitating renovation” of Russian education only aggravate difficulties in the formation of a new man-worker-proprietor of his potentialities which are realized under conditions of a self-organization of a free choice of the sphere of their application. The task of science – to reveal the sources of legal and administrative suppression of an initiative of personal/individual property retarding civil society development and a more efficient mixed economy and also to show possible ways for the evolution development of the Russian civilization and, first of all, for the formation of innovation mentality in other socio-cultural reproduction

SOUND ABSORPTION FACTOR INVESTIGATION IN GREEN PLANTATIONS
IN SPACES CLOSED BY RIBBON BUILDINGS
According to experts’ data noise in cities in-creases annually by about 1dB. Bearing in mind a level already achieved its easy to imagine rather sorrowful consequences of this noise impact. The problem of noise decrease in yard spaces is under consideration through the prism of an account of additional sound absorption by inner-yard green plantation. The paper reports the procedure for sound absorption factor defi-nition at the expense of green plantations in spaces closed by a ribbon building. These procedures take into account dendrology structure of these plantations and their structure and location
