RATIONAL PARAMETER EXPERIMENTAL DEFINITION OF ELEMENTS
FOR JET FORMING PATH OF PLANT FOR UNDERWATER
MATERIAL HYDROABRASIVE-JET CUTTING
A possibility for the creation of a design and technology for manufacturing focal tubes for underwater material hydro-abrasive jet cutting by means of experimental development both existing hydro-jet nozzles and pre-production models of hydro-jet ones, focal tubes and designs of cutting blocks is analyzed.
According to the research results at the given stage it is possible to say that the inner profile of a hy-dro-jet nozzle and also a cutting block design optimum from the point of view of productivity are defined.
Impossibility to use already existing focal tubes used in the technology of material hydro-abrasive jet cutting for the technology of underwater hydro-abrasive jet cutting (UHAC) in view of the non-assurance of the specified power parameters of a hy-dro-abrasive jet is revealed. There is developed a me-thodical plan for the fulfillment of investigations providing searches of ways to fulfill requirements made to UHAC

CUTTING FORCE DECREASE AT LEADING METAL PLASTIC DEFORMATION
The paper reports the analysis of models for the investigation of a cutting force effect decrease at work-able hardened material cutting from the view point of the theory of dislocation and power balance. There is shown a promising model of cutting process study with a leading deformation allowing the computation of cutting force decrease at a leading plastic deformation which is based on the theory of destruction and step-wise takes into account material ductility resource de-pletion. There is presented a description of the model of cutting with a leading plastic deformation and cut-ting area elastic-plastic stretching for the process of deforming-cutting drawing. The model takes into ac-count the history of failure accumulation and changes of stress state indices at each stage of combined work-ing

THREAD RESTORATION TECHNOLOGY OF TOOL-JOINT IN DRILL
PIPES BY METHOD OF ELECTRIC CONTACT WELD DEPOSITION INTO UPSET GROOVE
In connection with a relatively high cost of drill pipes large companies loss caused by rejection achieves tens millions of rubles. And at the same time it is necessary to take into account that the tool-joint thread rejection does not mean at all unworthiness to operation a drill pipe itself as having restored an inter-lock it is possible to continue the operation of a re-stored product. In such a way, one of the priority direc-tions at major repair of drill pipes is a restoration of interlock geometrical joints.
In this paper there is considered a technology for repair of a worn thread in an interlock of drill pipes and its updating at the expense of electric contact weld deposition used into an upset groove. The method of-fered allows keeping a pipe without its shortening at repair at the expense of additional metal application directly upon a thread area and decreasing a thermal impact area and also increasing operation properties of a restored pipe

SURFACE QUALITY SUPPORT IN METAL PRODUCTS AT COMPLEX
METHODS OF PROCESSING
The purpose of the work consists in the investi-gation of the process of the properties required and shaping control possibilities obtaining by a surface.
It is well-known that a shaping process affects a factor quantity particularly in the course of complex methods of processing. And at the same time a consid-erably important factor is also a preliminary state of a surface since a final result of processing depends upon a totality of all factors. The time alignment of anode dissolution process with a blade treatment and a chem-ical reaction process on the surface under working dur-ing processing allows forming different conditions for shaping. The study of machining conditions impact upon quality of a surface layer in parts allows defining optimum cutting parameters and increasing operation properties of many parts.
Conclusion: surface quality is affected not only by basic factors such as tool geometry, kinematics of a tool displacement, oscillations impact due to the level of technological system rigidity, plastic deformations in a cutting area conditioned on force effects of a cutting process, tool surface roughness, cutting speed, electrolyte concentration and electric circuit voltage, processing time and a temperature in a cutting area, but also physical-mechanical properties of a near-surface layer up to finishing, and also an alignment degree of different shaping methods and their impact intensity

CONTROL AUTOMATION OF DIE CASTING PROCESS WITH CRYSTALLIZATION
As an object of control there is a process of pressure application upon melt under consideration. In the course of metal pressure shaping the atoms ap-proach takes place at the elimination of some heat so that changes of a value and a speed of pressure application ensure atom approaches for different distances of elastic repulsive force actions till crystallization beginning.
A possibility of accumulation and changes of interatomic interaction elastic energy in molten metal is considered as a fundamental basis for the change of metal structure and properties connected with it. Thereupon at the study of the process it is necessary to determine significant factors and their impact upon casting properties and on the basis of the mathematical description to determine laws of control.
In the paper it is shown that pressure application is possible to a melt according to a certain law, before crystallization beginning, at the expense of modern control equipment and automation means use.
This process represents a high significance in the creation of modern systems for manufacturing process control with the purpose of obtaining new kinds of materials with a specified combination of physical-chemical properties

INERTIAL COUPLING IMPACT UPON OSCILLATION AMPLITUDE DISTRIBUTION
OF WORK APPARATUS OF TECHNOLOGICAL VIBRATING MACHINE
The paper reports the consideration of techno-logical vibrating machine dynamic properties on the basis of the model as a mechanical oscillating system with two degrees of freedom having in its structure a device for motion conversion (DMC) forming addi-tional inertial couplings at the simultaneous action of two external harmonic factors. The purpose of investi-gations consists in the development of the method for the formation of simulators ensuring possibilities for dynamic states assessments at the use of such parame-ters of a state as a relation of ties dynamic reactions between a supporting surface (source of kinematic disturbance) and a work apparatus.
For investigations there is used a method of structural mathematical modeling within the limits of which the mechanical oscillating system is compared with a structural circuit equivalent dynamically a sys-tem of automatic control. There is offered a technology of starting simulators transformation ensuring a definition of tie dynamic reactions in cha-racteristic points of element contact connection of the system at the simultaneous action of two factors. It is shown that the joint action of two external disturbances does not change frequencies of characteristic oscillations in the system, but affects considerably its dynamic properties.
There are shown diagrams of the dependences of motion points and values of tie dynamic reactions in characteristic points upon a frequency of external impact. The manifestations of new dynamic effects in the interactions of system elements between each other as a formation of additional modes of oscillation dynamic damping and amplitude-frequency characteristics (AFC) of a certain type are shown. Dynamic effects predetermine potentialities of a purposeful tuning of vibration fields. It is shown that the value of the shown DMC mass of affect substantially dynamic properties of the system that can be used both for motion parameter control, and for the assessment of tie dynamic reactions arising at that in the system

INVESTIGATION OF MAGNETIC FIELD IMPACT UPON FRICTION MOMENT AND SEALING ABILITY OF MAGNETIC LIQUIDS
A magnetic field impact upon a friction moment of magnetic liquids (ML) in a “shaft-bush” joint depending upon shaft rotation frequency is analyzed. There are defined pressure values of magnetic liquid breakdown in a “shaft-pole terminal” gap depending upon shaft rotation frequency and a time factor. For the assessment of ML stability there is offered a factor of stability which can take into account ML structural changes in the course of time

BASIC STAGES OF SCIENTIFIC THOUGHT DEVELOPMENT ON PARAMETERS
PREDICTION OF HIGHWAY SYSTEMS
In this work there is considered a parameter prediction of highway systems and methods used at the account of traffic intensity.
A comprehensive model of the transport system structural diagram of the Republic and the interconnection between its separate elements with the notation of organization environment of a traffic system with its constituents is shown. It allows solving problems of traffic organization and ensuring traffic safety at minimum costs scientifically substantiated.
On the basis of the study of qualitative and quantitative changes between a control system and a controlled one for traffic system efficient functioning there are defined advisable and efficient solutions. The characteristic of traffic system parameters is shown which is presented by three groups including a charac-teristic of highway states, structure and transport vehi-cle speed, traffic intensity and the amount of research works. There are emphasized and described typical peculiarities of methods used at the prediction of traffic intensity, traffic speed, and at the elimination of existing drawbacks.
The analysis of considered methods, parameters, models and assessments on a long-term prediction of highway systems allowed defining advantages and disadvantages of existing methods, revealing a basic tool of all methods – a diagram of extrapolation, offering a suitable method with the purpose of current drawback elimination, presenting a model (formula) for a long-term prediction of a traffic speed, defining the most promising method for a long-term forecast of design loads.
The authors of the paper have offered a model for a long-term prediction of a traffic speed, there is considered and characterized an attitude in the system of “man-motor car- traffic environment” in the course of its evolution

STRUCTURAL APPROACH USE FOR CARRYING OUT RE-ENGINEERING
OF ADMISSION CAMPAIGN BUSINESS-PROCESS OF BRYANSK
STATE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY
Under the current conditions of market economy a higher education institution must increase considerably the efficiency of its educational activities control to improve its competitive ability. At present one of the most promising methods for educational process control reorganization is a business-process re-engineering. It is necessary to carry out a profound analysis of technologies for educational activities control and determine certain business-processes which require re-engineering.
In the Bryansk State Technical University there is carried out a re-engineering of basic business pro-cesses of the admission campaign: a school leaver invi-tation, documentation reception, entrance examina-tions carrying out and their analysis, an enrollment for training.
To solve this problem there was used IDEF0 methodology and developed a functional model mani-festing a structure and functions of an information system, and also information flows connecting these functions. A decomposition of a complex system into more simple automated processes and sub-processes in order that each of them could be designed independently is carried out. The work fulfilled allowed realizing the re-engineering and automation of the admission campaign business-processes of the Bryansk State Technical University and ordering qualitatively the activities of the entrance commission that decreased labor expenditures at all stages of the admission campaign increased the effectiveness of the entrance commission activities and allowed making qualitative decisions affecting institution functioning on the whole

ANOMALIES IN AUTOMATION CONTROL OF MODERL
HUMAN LABOR ACTIVITIES
The purpose of this work consisted in the study of trends and automation problems in separate spheres of human labor activities and in search of possible methods and means of production robotization control in Russia.
As a result of the use of the data statistical pro-cessing method and a comparative analysis of results the authors have got revealed anomalies and structural disproportions in automation processes of human labor activities conditioned on man substitution by a machine to save labor as a factor of production

METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTIGATION FOR CONTROL
OF AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM WORKING CAPACITY
BASED ON ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORKS
The purpose of the work consists in the im-provement of known control methods of automated control system working capacity. A possibility for con-trol of automated control system working capacity based on artificial neural networks (ANN) is shown. ANN must be taught. ANN training requires a large training sample, substantial costs, computer resources, time and has high labor intensity.
Methods of investigation are modeling, methods of artificial intelligence, artificial neural networks.
As a result of the investigation there is devel-oped and investigated a method of automated control system (ACS) working capacity control with the use of a neural network
