K.V. Marusich, M.M. Shabaev. THERMODYNAMIC STRENGTHENING OF HARD ALLOY DRAWING TOOL
One of the reasons of hard alloy drawing tool failure consists in microcracks. Material strengthening could contribute considerably to labour productivity increase and decrease in need for this expensive tool. The aim of this investigation was to determine opti-mum modes of thermal treatment for plates made of hard alloy TC8 (tungsten-cobalt). Thermal strengthen-ing was carried out in salt bath-ovens on six different modes. After that there was carried out an analysis of samples with the use of laboratory equipment. The investigation results have shown hardness increase twice as high, tensile strength increase by 1.5-2 times and abrasive wear decrease by times

A.V. Antsev, N.I. Pasko. PECULIARITIES OF CUTTING MODE OPTIMIZATION TAKING INTO ACCOUNT RANDOM FACTOR
In modern mechanical engineering one usually uses durability dependences describing only the de-pendence of a mean durability period of a cutter upon cutting modes which do not take into account stochas-tic nature of cutter wear at the solution of the problem of cutting mode optimization. But cutter durability (time to failure) is a ran-dom value depending upon many factors to which may belong a spread of a cutter durability period, equipment failures, an auxiliary time spread for machined parts and cutters replacement and so on. Therefore at the destination and optimization of cutting modes it is necessary to take into account a contingency of a cutting process. As a criterion for an optimum cutting mode it is offered to use a ratio of time costs or means for a working time long enough to a non-failure operating time (number of machined parts) in the course of this period of time, that is, specific costs. The consideration of costs mentioned and oper-ating time as accumulation processes with stationary increments has shown that the ratio with the working time increase has a limit which should be considered a criterion of optimum. For the account of the durability period spread the durability dependence is compre-hended in the interconnection of the law of the distribution of tool operating time for failure and the dependence of this law parameters upon cutting mode parameters. By the example of cylindrical part turning there is considered an optimization of a cutting speed at a preventive replacement of a tool and tool replacement caused by a failure and also a joint optimization of a cutting speed and a preventive period of a tool. As a result it is defined that a preventive replacement is not always more advantageous than a replacement because of failure

D.U. Khasiyanova. BASIC CHARACTERISTICS CONTROL OF METALS HAVING EFFECT OF SHAPE MEMORY
The work purpose consists in carrying out in-vestigations of thermo-mechanical characteristics of alloys having the effect of shape memory based on TiNi. The investigation method is an ultra-sonic control of thermo-mechanical characteristics. The method considered in the work for carrying out investigations regarding thermo-mechanical characteristics of alloys having a shape memory effect on the basis TiNi is ap-plicable for the control of blank grading (type of TMS couplings) with a diameter 12-40mm and a length of 10-100mm within the temperature range from -196 to +300ºC. The presented method for carrying out the con-trol of material thermo-mechanical characteristics is applicable before manufacturing parts made of alloys having the shape memory effect on the basis of TiNi and is essential before their application in production

S.N. Khimukhin, K.P. Eryomina, E.H. Pee, Hosen Ree. INTER-METALLIDE COATING STRUCTURE AFTER THERMO-CYCLING
In the paper there are shown investigation re-sults of coating surfaces formed on steel 30 samples after carrying out thermo-cycling tests for heat-resistance. The thermo-cycling tests consisted in triple heating up to 900ºC with the further heating and cool-ing. Coatings were obtained by spark alloying. As coat-ing materials there was used cathode nickel and nickel aluminides NiAl and Ni3Al. Reasoning from the anal-ysis of the results obtained it was defined that regard-less of a phase composition Ni-Al based coatings con-tribute to heat-resistance increase from 5 to 20 times. On a coating surface with NiAl formation there is de-fined microcracks formation the number of which in-creases at thermo-cycling at that a coating separation from a base is not revealed. Higher heat-resistance is obtained with Ni3Al coating on the surface of which in contrast to NiAl no microcracks occur. The analysis of structural constituent composition was carried out by the method of a micro-roentgenspectral analysis which allowed identifying composition changes in phases after thermo-cycling. It is defined that a basic reason of coating oxidation is a formation of oxides as columnar crystals in coating non-continuities

I.F. Diyakov. OPTIMIZATION OF TIRE PARAMETERS
The paper reports the optimization of tire pa-rameters which may be used for designing tires of other wheeled vehicles. The optimization method allows choosing different design parameters the solution of which may ensure a decrease of a design term and costs for the development of a new design with opti-mum properties. This set of properties is considered as a vector in -dimension space. For the computation of each specific characteristic or the totality one uses only part of parameters. The optimum criterion is formed as a requirement to obtain maximum or minimum possible values of some parameters and emphasize the best values from the area of allowable values (Pareto set). The tread pattern is specified with the characteristics of wear-resistance and properties of tire grip. The investigation results have shown that the optimum temperature on a track surface - 37ºC, and on an inner surface - 33ºC. A coefficient of rolling re-sistance at the speed of motion 128km/h makes 0.024 for a diagonal tire and 0.014 for radial low-profile and radial tires. Tire sag must not exceed 0.120.15H where H is a height of a profile. A coefficient of tire capacity must be within the limits of 0.230.27.MPa. Wider tires increase a tire grip on a turn of a vehicle, but a coefficient of rolling resistance and fuel con-sumption increase. The use of the optimization method at designing tires will allow decreasing costs for manufacturing a new tire design, reducing design terms, carrying out an optimum choice of material and geometry of tire profiles

Yu.A. Kropotov, A.A. Belov, A.Yu. Proskuryakov, N.E. Kholkina. MODELING OF SIGNALS AND ACOUSTIC DISTURBANCES IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS OF AUDIO-EXCHANGE
A problem of signal processing in telecommu-nication systems of voice messaging is caused by in-sufficiency of reliable a priori information about char-acteristics of signals observed. That is why in the paper there are considered methods for the assessment of signal models in the systems of telecommunication of audio-exchange. The investigation objects are methods for the assessment of analog signal statistical characteristics such as one-dimensional density of probabilities of signals and disturbances in telecommunications, meth-ods for the parameter determination of signals ob-served being an additive sum of the signal under as-sessment and acoustic disturbance. The aim of the work is modeling signals and acoustic disturbances, the development of a signal processing structure on the basis of parameter assessments of a process model and a model of acoustic disturbances, the development of a structure of a noise cancelling device in telecommunication systems of audio-exchanges under conditions of acoustic disturbances. Models and methods for signal assessments at information message transfers in telecommunication systems of audio-exchanges, methods for the creation of the model of one-dimensional function of the distri-bution of voice acoustic disturbance probabilities are under consideration. The considered problem in the model formation of function distribution is formulated as a problem of approximation on the basis of optimi-zation methods with limitations which may be applica-ble for useful signal separation against a background of acoustic noise disturbances. Noise cancelling is based on the methods of adaptive filtering and adaptive equalization. In the work there is offered a new approach to the assessment of parameters of the process under observation based a parametric presentation of acoustic signals and components of noise constituents. The models of echo-signals and structures of subscriber devices in operation-command telecommunication systems are described.

P.V. Pesterev, A.G. Yanishevskaya. SIMULATOR AND ALGORITHM FOR PAGE INDEX DEFINITION FOR RANKING IN RESULTS OF MULTI-AGENT SEARCH SYSTEM ISSUE
In the paper there is described a simulator and an algorithm for the page index definition on the basis of user actions for ranking in results of search issue of the company developed multi-agent search system. The application of the simulator and the algorithm offered allows making the systemized ranking of the results of the search issue that, in its turn, increases search quality and its speed. In the simulator offered for the definition of a page index value there are used such indices as an index of failures, an index of time spent on a page, an index of return to a repeated search, an index of return to a page not from a search system. All values obtained are used for the definition of a page position in the further search iterations on the basis of the algorithm of processing the results of a search issue the structural diagram of which is presented in the paper. The process of page index definition on the ba-sis of user actions with the use of the search system is described and presented in the paper as a structural diagram of on algorithm. Besides, in the paper on the basis of experimental investigations it is shown that the use of the simulator offered in comparison with the classical option of result ranking on the basis of the visits number only results in more reliable results of the search issue. Furthermore, the application of this simu-lator makes page ranking more efficient already after first search iterations

S.A. Sakulin, A.N. Alfimtsev, E.A. Tipsin. VERIFICATION OF USER INTERFACE DISTRIBUTION BASED ON π-CALCULUS
A rapid growth of computer device quantity re-sulted in the emergence of distribute user interfaces which mean a user work with the application by means of some devices simultaneously. During the design of a distributed interface it is necessary every time to de-velop the logic of interface element distribution. Be-sides, the complexity of DPI element distribution grows exponentially. In particular, for the distribution of an interface consisting of two elements for two devices it is necessary to consider nine possible options of distribution. Therefore the problem of the formal method development of interface element distribution verification on separate devices is supposed to be urgent. In this work there is presented a method for the verification of user interface distribution on the basis of the mathematical apparatus of π-calculus which was adapted for the verification of a distribution process. For the formalization of a distribution process each interface element is compared with attributes and each device with parameters. On the basis of the introduced attributes and parameters there are formulated ten rules for a distribution in accordance of which a procedure is developed for the distribution of interface elements onto separate devices including six steps for which the developed verification method was used and described in terms of π-calculus

The paper reports the consideration of strategic control functions from the viewpoint of an inter-subject approach on the basis of stages of planning, tactics and a fulfillment of design activities. An innovation activity like any other consists of a multitude of processes which can be combined into a single project directed to the achievement of an ulti-mate aim. It is evident that in the course of the considera-tion of the innovation project effectiveness and taking it to the execution it is necessary to follow certain crite-ria. On the basis of resources available in a compa-ny one must carry out the formation of strategies hav-ing taken into account a key resource support on the basis of the system of single priority criteria. The number of projects presented always ex-ceeds company resources. The choice of an innovation project from strategic alternatives presented is carried out on the basis of definite criteria of the supposed model for decision-making

A.A. Khizhnyakov. MODEL PARAMETER DEFINITION OF AUTOCLAVE IN PASSIVE MODE
At present closed systems of automatic control are widely used. The complexity of development and operation of similar systems in relation to the manage-ment of the autoclave of hydro-thermal synthesis con-sists in the necessity of connected management realization. Similar problem is solved at the expense of taking into account mutual connections impact between separate areas of a multidimensional object control. The solution effectiveness of the connected management problem depends considerably upon a model choice describing an object behavior and the accuracy in the definition of its parameters. The paper reports the consideration of the parameter definition process of the autoclave multidimensional transfer function according to the results of data processing about its output in a growth mode. The results are obtained with the aid of an em-pirical investigation with the use of the mathematical apparatus: by a matrix method of basic data recording and processing, transfer functions, optimization meth-ods (by the least square criterion) and also by physical modeling. The data of power and temperatures in auto-clave heating areas are transferred in the Matlab work-ing area for processing. Transfer function parameters are defined with the aid of the lsqnonlin multidimen-sional optimization function which defines parameters describing basic data most exactly according to the criterion of the least squares. The advantage of the approach considered is a possibility to determine pa-rameters in a passive mode without active impacts upon an autoclave. It allows carrying out the optimization of management processes directly in the mode of the autoclave operation
